Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown Denver

The apartment was clean, quiet, and private. The mattress was firm, the refrigerator full-sized, and there's a French balcony that can be opened for fresh air. There is an operable gas fireplace, a bedroom TV and a living room TV with several premium channels to watch. Guests should know that this is a second floor walk-up. Some appreciated amenities included cooking oil, seasonings, trash bags and other kitchen supplies; coffee, filters, and tea provided; toothpaste, mouthwash, sunscreen and various other supplies that minimized the need to shop or over buy. Plenty of closet and dresser space for storage. Eyal was quick to respond when we had an questions or concerns.

Had a wonderful comfortable stay here, nice area felt very safe no problems whatsoever. Parking was super accessible and was nearby lots of nice places. Wonderful apartment would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to colorado to visit. Adi was so friendly and helpful and very communicative.

Our stay was fantastic, thank you, Kenny! The house was just as advertised, the neighbors downstairs were quiet and friendly, and overall, our experience was wonderful. The yard was essential for traveling with dogs, and the neighborhood was secluded, making it perfect for daily dog walks. The linens and kitchen were clean, and the amenities matched the listing. We'll definitely return to visit and will book with Kenny again!

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with a running trail one house away. Living room is nice, kitchen works and bedroom and bathroom are full sized with hot shower and comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the most safe, clean and convenient places I’ve stayed.

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to coffee and restaurants, clean and quiet. Would happily stay there again.

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Rohini was so quick to respond and to provide information and assistance. I had a need of an item and they were able to help me immediately. They were really nice people, which made me feel safe and at home. The kitchen is nice, if you don't cook a lot, the toaster oven and microwave are great, coffee maker worked out, kettle... large refrigerator. I used everything in the kitchen. I would stay there again!

We have stayed at several lower level airbnbs in the Denver area, and this is the very best! The ceilings are standard height, a window in every room, and completely private and quiet. Outstanding extras: everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, a fireplace, a heated bathroom floor, great water pressure in the shower, and well-lit stairs for access. All of the furniture was much more comfortable than the typical airbnb. Plenty of linens, towels, etc and washer/dryer unit. We were there for graduation and made use of the iron and ironing board. Travis was very responsive to a couple of questions. This will be our #1 choice on future Denver visits!

i want an Airbnb rental to be clean, in a safe location and for the owner(s) to be responsive. All of that was true for this space so for what i needed this space worked very well. the bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. the house is a short ride to many places to eat and visit.

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

My dog, Cliff, and I had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s lovely home! It was a perfect space for us - the location was great to get to campus, the hill, and we took some great walks in the neighborhood and local trails. The unit was super cozy, convenient, and exactly as advertised. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a lovely stay in my favorite city :)

Great great spot for what we needed; a space to regroup after moving out of our nearby home and on to the next thing. We loved the separate entrance to the space, the easy-to-find blue picket fence, the parking options, the washer and dryer and also the 2 bedrooms. We are very tall, so often anything smaller than a single king bed is tight for us to sleep together - so it was nice to sleep in separate rooms with the doors open! The kitchen/living area is so cute, well furnished without being overstimulating and everything we needed was right there. I work from my laptop and the dining table was perfect for that with my portable second screen. Overall, excellent spot.

Katie’s place was clean and homey. The location was what sold me. Everything was within 20 minutes. Katie was quick to respond to any questions I had and checked in on us during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

We were in Denver for an event. We wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and local attractions. This location was both cozy and stylish, with great amenities. We rented a car and were able to reserve a parking spot in the building’s garage.

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Great location, walkable location for numerous restaurants and shopping. Cindy’s apartment was immaculately clean, stocked with basics in addition to beverages in the fridge & snacks on the counter. Beautiful views & wonderful area. Cindy is a fantastic host with thoughtful extra amenities throughout the apartment. I would definitely stay at Splendid Comfort again if ever in the area.

Great place to stay as home-base for day trips to Denver, Boulder, and Rockies. Love the hot tub and back yard access. We’ve stayed there twice now and both times Christopher has been an amazing host. Wish all hosts were at his standards.

We’re not used to being in a big city so it was a learning curve to figure out entry codes, key fobs, parking garage, etc, however, Lacey provided detailed instructions and the the friendly people living in her building were ready to lend a helping hand. Lacey was also very responsive to questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The building and parking ramp felt very safe and secure and it was very quiet/ no noisy neighbors. It was close to our son and not too far from downtown. I highly recommend her place!

Jennifer’s place was simply wonderful. Everything you would want in a rental that felt like home. Fabulous bed, great towels, comfortable furnishings. Clearly marked labels and instructions on what’s what and how things work. Well stocked with those little things you always discover you need when traveling. Attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
