Our spacious comfortable home sits on 5 acres of a sunny mesa with beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra crest, foothills, and Carson Valley. It's a great place to relax, play, and cook for families & groups. We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. Our little “Hakuna Matata” is a beautiful, cozy, private 2 room mother-in-law unit, with its own separate entrance It has a living room/bedroom with full size futon, and bedroom with a sleep number King bed, kitchenette (induction plate, convection microwave, fridge) and full bathroom. We are permitted for 4 guests, more suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids (under 13), or 3 adults. 2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience.
