Monthly Rentals in Des Moines River

Had a wonderful stay. Close to our horse show at the fairgrounds. Comfy beds!!

My partner, our dog, and I stayed at Greg's for a night while in town for a concert. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, recommendations for restaurants, clean space, and beautiful yard. Greg answered our questions quickly and communicated well. If we find ourselves back in Des Moines, we will definitely stay again. Also, we took his recommendation for Classic Frozen Custard - yum!

Brenda and Mike are lovely hosts. It’s a really cute basement flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although it’s located in a residential neighborhood, it’s easy to get around and there is plenty to do in the Des Moines area. There’s a nice park less than a block away. No complaints at all and looking forward to staying there again!

Wow! This has got to be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Even better than the pictures and I felt right at home.. I didn’t want to leave. My partner and I are traveling across country with a very full car, and we felt like the neighborhood was extremely friendly and safe. Katy has everything you need and more and was great at communicating amid some severe weather warnings. Would recommend 100%, I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.
