Monthly Rentals in Del Rio

Lovely little place to stay just under a mile from Escalon—although it feels like you're way out in the country! It's landscaped quite wonderfully, with big trees and a nice cool lawn, and is surrounded by orchards. Friendly chickens roam the place, and two clingy cats will show you around if you let them. The lodging itself is clean, cool, and comfortable. The place felt just like home (well, with chickens, too).

This was the best place I have ever stayed in. It was so clean and so beautifully decorated. Andrea supplied the most thoughtful amenities that took care of every need. Next trip to Modesto I will definitely stay here again. Felt like my home away from home

Brenda was a great host Always responsive to any questions we had Easy check in. I definitely recommend staying here. Home is in a Suburban area there’s a park right infront of the house for kids to go play and to walk your dog Many amenities and great plazas to go shop nearby Easy access to the freeway for your daily commutes

This was a very nice, quiet, and private dwelling. Elsa and Dale are great hostess. They gave me plants from their garden which is very nice of them. Now I enjoy watching my plants bloom. One can tell that they take great pride in their Airbnd. For long stays Elsa insist on monthly cleaning. Everything you need is as advertised. I love the little private back courtyard. I would definitely recommend to others and I would return if I am in the area again. Thanks Elsa and Dale for your hospitality!!
