The house had plenty of room for my family of 10. We truly appreciated all of the extra things to do at the house. The pool table/ping pong table was a hit for the young adults. The fact that they had enough kayaks that the young adults could go out in a group was a huge plus. The only negative I would say is the amount of lily pads in front of the house didn’t allow for swimming off the dock or fishing. Obviously this is not the fault of the owner so we made the best of it.

My husband and I love the town of Oregon and had such a restful stay at this home. The hosts accurately described everything and made my dog feel at home also.

Jewel is just up the road if you need supplies, but you’ll quickly forget the outside world exists. And Waylon? The kind of host you rarely get - quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and fully dialed in without hovering. This isn’t just a weekend rental - it’s the kind of place that makes you rethink how you spend your time off. You’ll leave better than you arrived.

Alex is a great host! Dog friendly places are hard to find and his place made my dog feel super comfortable. Love this place and definitely will be back.

This cabin style home was perfect for our family getaway! The game room was perfect for our ongoing family "olympics." We were able to prepare a meal for 8 of us. The spacious home allowed everyone to have their own room. Thank you!

Jane responded fast to text messages. very kind, offered to tell about restaurants and local entertainment. I had an issue with the door ( operator error ) called Jane and she called me back to see if i was able to fix the issue, which was a simple fix. I will definitely make sure I reserve there again when I go back into town if available.

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

We were genuinely surprised to find a place in this location so close to the relatives we were visiting. Genoa City is not exactly the hotspot on the border! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, but no overly inquisitive citizens. Property was perfect for our requirements, with the fenced in back yard that allowed us to let our pet out whenever without having to use a leash. Nice personal welcoming touches were unexpected and truly appreciated, since we arrived late and weren't able to do any shopping before hand. Beds were comfortable and spaced throughout the second floor, with expansion in the lower basement if necessary for bigger families, especially those with older children. School immediately across the street is great for spontaneous recreation of all types if you have the equipment. Our dog has not had the opportunity to enjoy such a large open space for quite some time and it was great to wear him out for the evening prior to bedtime. Abundant TVs throughout the home!

Debbie’s place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. We came to Lake Geneva to bring in the New Year with two other couples and it was a Perfect getaway! We cooked a feast on Jan. 1 and were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen. This place is great, highly recommend!

Spent a vacation here with my family, everything was accurately described and easy to get in and had everything I needed. I recommend this location and housing for any get-aways.

I stayed at Jennifer’s place and it was everything that she represented it be. It’s a quiet area and it was convenient to work. You’re only about 6 minutes from downtown and the restaurants and activities down there. Definitely would book again. It was a great location and had everything to make my two weeks of being there for work comfortable. Word of caution if you flop around a lot while sleeping, the mattress does shift so be careful getting up in the morning. I got dumped on the floor when I went to sit on the edge of the bed after my alarm went off LOL.

Joleen was a great host - very clear communication, easy check-in and check-out, and the home was beautifully decorated. Would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Monroe - we will be back for sure!

Amber, Nana’s Cookie Cottage is the most magical little Airbnb home I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. All of your nana’s love still fills the home and you can feel it as soon as you step inside. I can’t imagine how awful it must be to be some of the select few people who come through as guests and complain about the extra touch of love throughout the home. Their loss, for sure. 10/10, I’d recommend this home to anyone who is looking to feel right at home; just like grandma’s house. The place was newly remodeled, very clean and organized. Everything in the apartment was well stocked and very livable, including Roku access to open your own subscriptions Hulu, Netflix, etc. Please be aware that the location is a basement with a relatively steep flight of stairs, with safety lips on the edges.

This is a very beautiful house with TONS of space, big and perfect for my healing retreat, I hosted 9 ladies, the backyard is huge plus there was an outdoor event area. The place looked exactly like pictures, clean, host was responsive and polite. The house is very relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely recommend!

Very cute tiny home. Had a lot of amenities including full bathroom, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, and oven/stove which I haven’t seen in other tiny homes. Would recommend.

The listing doesn’t do this place justice. It was so very very clean, well appointed including an iron and ironing board which wasnt mentioned in the listing. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Plenty of hot water and more than enough bath towels and wash cloths. Shower gels and shampoos provided. Well appointed kitchen and freezer full of ice. The bed was so comfortable I overslept every morning. Super easy check in and out. I’m going to mention again the cleanliness of the place - on a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 20. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for my Bachelor Party. It was a golf trip, so having the Preserve at Oak Meadows right next door was great. Jazmin was responsive when we had a small issue with the code to get in. All-in-all a great place!
