Very convenient stay, hospitable host and with facilities as advertised. Perfect spot to explore the Northern part of the island and do some bird spotting.

We had a wonderful Easter vacation at Corrie's Chalet. It has a very good location: in a quiet holiday park not far from the De Slufter nature reserve. Through the dunes you can take a beautiful walk to the beach. (about 1 hour) If you want to get to the beach faster, e.g. in De Koog or Pal 28, you should take the bike: it then takes (depending on the wind direction) about 20 minutes. There are shopping facilities in De Koog. We made many excursions by bike and car. The chalet is very cozy, superbly equipped, clean and well maintained. For our 3-year-old child there was a high chair, handcart, sand toys, some games, crayons, bed bumper, child-proof outlet covers. Corrie has really thought of everything: enough dish and dish towels, detergent, soap, dishwasher tablets, tea, Senseo pads, plastic wrap, ... lovely Easter decorations! The small garden surrounding the cottage is also nice. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
