There were two of us at Silvio's and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. There was a large bed and a large, very comfortable sofa bed. We were able to park in front of the house on the street and explore the area from there. Silvio was a very friendly host for us, who was always available and who could also help us buy a property. Pizzo and the surroundings are worth a trip, beautiful old town and many very good restaurants (definitely eat the pistachio Tartuffo at Dante's) with wonderfully long secluded beaches. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Perfect villa in a truly enchanting setting! The house is located within a beautiful residence, with attention to detail, quiet and very safe. The accommodation is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need, parking in front of the house for a comfortable stay. Green areas and well-maintained common amenities. The villa is equipped with all the garden equipment, deckchairs, chairs, tables where you can also comfortably eat or have a good coffee, surrounded by greenery Convenient location to reach the sea and the main attractions of the area. Owners (David and Katrin) are kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

Fantastic location, beautiful virtually private beach on the doorstep. A short drive from Tropea and local shops and restaurants. simple clean well equipes no frills accomodation.

Concettas's house is more than just a place to stay, it's an experience! Nicola showed us around and pointed out interesting aspects of the home. From the huge, old, front door key, to the stair-well trap door to great extra space, it was a great way to arrive. It's old, but well-restored, quaint, cosy and unique. The outside terrace is great for having meals and just for sitting, absorbing the sounds. Concetta and Nicola are great hosts - very friendly and Concetta gave us recommendations of restuarants and places to visit. We loved it and were sad to leave.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We lacked nothing! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what issue, he helped right away. The beach in the immediate vicinity with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us at any time if necessary.

We were welcomed by the father-in-law who helped us with the suitcases. The house is very spacious with a large terrace where you have a magnificent view. The bed sleeps well, shower also nice. It is a small cozy village with few facilities. You have to drive down to do that. Please note, Google sends you the wrong way, always keep left when you drive up.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! Lovely apartment, with everything you need for a perfect stay. Great location, quite, with a great view of the ocean but close enough to walk onto Tropea town & to the beach. Highly recommended 😊

Great location & great hosts!

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It’s very well equipped and has everything you may need during your holiday. The location is great and really close to all the restaurants, cafes and there is a lovely market right outside the building. The balcony view is unmatched. Our stay in beautiful Tropea to attend a wedding was made even more special with our Stay at Casa Belvedere. Christina’s beautiful apartment exceeded all our expectations itself, along with its superb location. Mimma who assisted us with everything we needed upon arrival and during our stay was the most adorable warm hearted lady, which only elevated our stay even more. I stayed with my mother for a week at Antonio's place. He and his wife were incredibly nice. We responded directly and also in case of problems due to the language barrier, you could find quick and easy solutions. Great place, the location very nice, the sea was not far. We had a rental car which was very convenient for things to do there and surroundings. If I travel to Calabria again, I would like to stay there again!!

Perfect city centre destination with amazing balcony!

We had a wonderful family vacation in the apartment! The location of the apartment is very quiet yet central. There are 3 different beach sections (free and equipped) within walking distance, even with our 2 and 3 year old children. There are many restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors within walking distance and you basically do not need a car for all daily needs. The apartment is renovated with a lot of love, the mattresses are new, everything for a comfortable stay is available. Domenico was a great host, he even expected us with everything we needed for breakfast, as we arrived on a Sunday evening. He responded quickly, friendly and helpful to all requests. We highly recommend both the apartment and Domenico as a host! Thank you again for the hospitality!

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

Michele's place is very safe both day and night when it comes to getting to the apartment and staying in the apartment. The apartment is huge, quiet and has new appliances. We only used a hair dryer and a fridge freezer because there are so many food options in the city for absolutely any budget. The terrace is spectacular, much larger than in the photos, and it is also quiet. Michele responds to questions almost immediately, is very attentive and caring. A real Airbnb, where you feel like family, not a tourist. The tenement house is renovated both outside and inside. Hot water, clean bedding. The fridge freezer cools super. We loved our personal and charming balcony in the apartment and the view from the terrace. I didn't need air conditioning in early June. You can leave your luggage for the duration of the flight. The location is fantastic. We highly recommend it, thank you Michele for your kindness and hospitality. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week + stay at Gregorio’s place. It is very comfortable…loved the location, views, and relaxing on the huge roof terrace. The location of the apartment is just steps away from the town square, with restaurants and all the sights, or walking down to the beach, and the pizzo train station is reachable on foot from there, where you can train to other coastal towns such as Tropea. Gregorio and family are very warm and attentive hosts, and we can’t recommend them more highly!

The location of the apartment was wonderfully centrally located - right in the heart of Pizzo. We were in town over the Easter holidays and were thus able to follow the processions - even from the balcony of the apartment. Pizzo is a very nice place with great Italian flair and likeable inhabitants. The beach is also beautiful. The view of the sea is magnificent and everything was available. The kitchen is a separate space which is very practical. Once we had a problem with the window, Stefania was there right away. As compensation, she left us delicious pasticcini. She responded to our questions right away and was very helpful to us. At the beginning, she reserved a parking space for us. Thank you for the wonderful time in Pizzo.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Guiseppe's apartment is as described in every way. It's contemporary, extremely clean, and brand new. Someone welcomed us personally as we arrived around 9:15 pm. It is ideally located in the heart of Calabria and close to shops and the sea. It's really a great place and we had a great vacation there.
