Excellent stay! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to visit.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful Tropea apartment. The balcony view was like a dream — watching the sunset each evening with our kids was unforgettable. Its location was perfect, just off Corso Vittorio Emanuele with plenty of dining options, and steps away from the beach and port. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Nothing to say about the accommodation. It matches the price and descriptions. The condominium structure is a little abandoned, but has a very kind and helpful caretaker. Clean, perfect apartment, equipped with all comforts. The problem arose with a huge leak from the apartment upstairs, obviously not attributable to the host, making it impossible to continue the stay. Antonio, at his own expense, immediately found us another solution, far superior in quality and services. Fantastic, available, hospitable, always attentive to our needs. We discovered a wonderful person who, even in discomfort, did everything possible, and even the impossible, to guarantee us a fantastic stay. I recommend both the host and the property in question, despite the critical issues of the context, but for the price and services it is excellent.

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

Massimos place was absolutely perfect. He was the best host - even waited up until 11pm for our unexpected late arrival. Knew we were starving called a restaurant ahead of time to stay open for us and drove us there! Steps from the beach and they provide you with everything you need. It was especially great for us as we have a 2 year old. The grounds were perfect for her to run around and she loved breakfast every morning. We are already planning our next trip back 😊

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

My friend and I arrived by train and Vittoria picked us up in the car and took us straight to the house. The house respected Vittoria's descriptions and we had a great time. Vittoria is very kind and helpful, she welcomed us in a friendly way and was always available for anything. He also gave us various tips on where and what to visit and also advised us to take a scooter for travel, as the area is rather up and down and not flat. We were close to the sea and the beaches were a short ride away by scooter. Impeccable view from the house, you are also surrounded by nature. There is also a swimming pool and a bar. It was really fantastic Vittoria really welcomed us as if we were at home. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Ricadi.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Functionally furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06 there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella if you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had a perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

We had a wonderful 13 days staying at Max’s lovely villa which had everything that we needed. We did a lot of travelling around in the daytime so was lovely to come back and cook a meal in the evening and then relax and have a bottle of local wine Max was very helpful the one small problem we did have was sorted out within a hour The property is in a nice isolated area in excellent condition with nice grounds and swimming pool and Max couldn’t do enough for you, The only downside which was nothing to do with Max was the barking dogs nearby. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend this property

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Great apartment with beautiful views from balcony and roof terrace!!! Vincenzo is very nice and helpful! The location is good as well.

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for two days. We had a great time, very clean apartment, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, large bathroom, iron). Apartment not very large but with an excellent terrace, well-equipped kitchen area and equipped with everything you need for breakfast and lunch. Very convenient parking and the sea is a stone's throw away. Great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Claudio's Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious and just a short walk away from the most beautiful beach! Claudio was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. He promptly answered any questions we had during our stay.
