The suite is the second floor of an historic 1907 brick house, designed by John Calvin Stevens, and includes two bedrooms, a big living room (with sofa bed), little dining room, and a park view, but no kitchen. The front door is your private entrance and your driveway with no common spaces. At the end of the driveway is a spacious garden. It's next to a 54-acre historic park with a playground and wading pool. In good weather, there is sometimes a sizable group of homeless nearby by as well.

A stone pathway leads to a garden-level entrance featuring a glass-paneled door surrounded by lush greenery. Stone steps are nestled amongst various plants and natural stones, creating an inviting approach to the suite.
