We came to visit my son who is at college. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning with a coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. We walked to station grill for breakfast and one evening meal. It was a lovely walk across the old railway bridge. We also walked to Da Vinci’s which was amazing. Amiee and Alyson were fantastic, there was nothing we wanted for, all the little extras were greatly appreciated. It was so cosy, a real home from home. We loved the character of the property, we often like to stay somewhere which a hidden charm. We cannot thank Aimee and Alyson enough, they are wonderful hosts, simply couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely stay again if we are back again. Thankyou

It would be too easy to point out that Ilya's Crescent Beach annex in Cape Elizabeth is an outstanding Airbnb rental, which it is (especially because it welcomes dogs). But Ilya has also created an interior space to complement the beauty of the natural surroundings at the beach and cove. From its rugs to its furniture, from its artwork to its kitchen supplies, from the classiness to the cleanliness, this is a wonderful spot.

Extremely clean, matched exactly to the T to the description on the website. Very beautiful place to stay and close to both Old Port and nearby areas around Portland! I would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nicholas' main house was just right for our stay with five adults. We needed a house for a family dinner with eight people, and their big kitchen and big dining room was very comfortable. The beds and all linens were also comfortable. Pretty setting and nice neighborhood for walks. It was an easy stay and Nicholas was always quick to respond. Thank you!

Kelsey’s place was perfect for our family of four visiting Falmouth. Great location, clean, and cozy. Friendly and clear communication. Awesome all around.

Beautifully appointed home, gourmet kitchen, and nicely decorated. Simply a gem. From the deck with fenced in yard to the ensuite bathroom, this is a perfect retreat. A quiet residential walkable neighborhood and only minutes to the OP. We'd love to return again and again.

Very friendly and the home was great. We loved the area and got to see some turkeys walking the neighborhood. Just 20 minutes from Portland and not far to travel to other cities. We enjoyed their hospitality and our time in Maine.

Said place was one of the cleanest, most well stocked Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. While there we had many questions and Shay was very quick with her replies and suggestions.

This was a great place for our family weekend getaway. Plenty of places to gather but also opportunities to get some space when you need it. Well kept with modern upgrades where it matters most and without sacrificing the super-cool vintage style! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

As a return guest we know we are able to make the most of the unique space, it's rooftop water views, and comfy amenities. If you're looking for a great location with access to all Portland has to offer than this is it. We plan to come back again and have encouraged others headed to Portland to do the same.

Great location, beautiful, sunny home. Nicely furnished, lots of character. We enjoyed our stay, and were grateful to be able to bring our dog.

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Observatory Retreat. The location was central and walkable to downtown and the Eastern Promenade. You could easily stay here without a car because of the proximity to so many restaurants and attractions. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts supplied us ample towels, bedding and kitchen supplies for our week long stay. I would highly recommend booking with Tara and Patrick.
