Family-friendly vacation rentals in County Cork

We had a wonderful stay here, surrounded with hills and a quick drive to many little walks, the coast, interesting towns and about 1.5h from areas further afield such as the Ring of Kerry or Mizzen Head. The space itself is comfortable and clean, and was perfect for our visit (us + 2 young kids + 2 elderly parents) — being able to let the kids play outside is a real gift. Hot tub gets nice and hot and was a great treat to end the day. Thank you Marcella for a wonderful stay, and for being so responsive and helping us with a few of the bits we needed / had forgotten at home! Xx

What a pleasure to stay at Ali's home for 4 nights. Ali is very helpful with any info you need and so are the caretakers for any problems settling in. The home is better than the photos and so is the view. It has a fun family orientated vibe and is well appointed for sunny or rainy day activities. The hot tub is a real treat and I highly recommend it. We used it every day we were there even though it was sunny weather. The nearby beach is a short walk away so its perfect for the whole day or a quick dip. The surrounds are beautiful and off the typical routes so very peaceful. This is a hidden gem and I would love to go back and stay again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful location! Not far from Ballydehob and Skibbereen. Great space for the family to spread out and nice kitchen and family room to hangout in. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent house in a beautiful setting! Lots of space for 8 adults, and a 7 and 10 year old. The spacious garden, books, games and toys available in the house were a great hit. The house is within walking distance of Rosscarbery and Warren Beach. Would recommend to family and friends and stay here again!

Heidi and Des’s place was fantastic. Very spacious house, in a lovely, rural setting. The house was spotless, with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. The hot tub was lovely, super relaxing and very clean. Heidi and Des were very helpful and responsive in all communication. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house. Close to the beach and the town of Dingle. Very satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Keith Apartment. There are lots of things to do around Castlegregory. Spending a day at the Beach (2km away) or drive over the Connor Pass and explore the Dingle peninsula. Keith and his family are great host, they are very friendly and helpful.

The White House is a lovely rustic cottage set in the beautiful countryside near Ballydehob, so was a lovely peaceful place to stay with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Great for a family to stay with a large kitchen and dining area, and ideally located to explore the local area of wonderful West Cork. Would like to stay at this cottage again. Pat was very helpful and replied to messages very quickly.

Deborah was a wonderful hostess. Her home looks very modern and clean inside. A sumptuous breakfast was provided for. Highly recommended!

Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had! Kathleen’s place was very spacious and perfect for our group. It was cozy, comfortable, and we felt right at home instantly. Kathleen also greeted us upon arrival to make sure we knew any small details about the place - and it turned into the loveliest chat about our families and ourselves. Truly one of our highlights of Killarney (and there are many!). We will stay at Kathleen’s anytime we visit the area!

Very welcoming family, they stopped by to greet us, explain how the shower worked and some great conversation with many recommendations for the region and suggestions on our planned itinerary .

Anne & Gerry's place is an absolute gem. Relax in the garden, while watching the ebb & flow of the tidal estuary. Enjoy the antics of the Egrets, Heron, and Hooded Crow who are in splendid abundance. Curl up in front of the fire with a good book and a glass of the good stuff. Pop into Skibbereen or Clonakilty if you want to stretch your legs. Or just enjoy the afternoon sun with a pint at Nolan's (ask Dennis about his on-going "battle" with the local Rooks and Jackdaws). Anne & Gerry's is a wonderful place to slow things down, and focus on Nature and simplicity. You will sleep beautiful sleeps at Lazy Acre, and awake to days of delicious indolence.

Yvonne was friendly without being i trusted any questions we had were answered promptly. When I couldn't get my call to go through for the taxi, she arranged it. I would definitely book with them again!

We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Would highly recommend. The house was spotless, very well kept. The beds were all extremely comfortable, all with fresh linen. The view was amazing. The house is right on the water. The gardens and estate was an excellent place to go for a wander and explore. Paul was an excellent host. We cant wait to come back again

This was a great Airbnb. Location about 1 mile outside of Killarney. Comfortable clean big. Airbnb is part of the Glen Eagle apartments behind the Brehon Hotel. You have to check in at the GlenEagle hotel which is next to Brehon. Kind of confusing, but we figured it out.

We had a glorious few days in Julie’s beautiful cottage. We stayed there many years ago and the cottage and gardens were as lovely and as well kept as we remember. Lots of beautiful walks and cycles from our doorstep, not to mention the views from the cottage. We were sorry to leave but hope to return again.

Lovely spacious and very clean house on a peaceful island in county cork. We spent 5 nights here for my mother in law’s birthday. Well located to explore the surrounding beaches, bays, islands and countryside. Unfortunately our fridge broke but the team were very quick to create solutions and then fix it. Very good communication from the Inish Beg team. Thank you

Fabulous place to stay, lots to see and do on the estate. We wished we had booked for longer and will definitely try and visit again.

Great area and good location for exploring the ring of Kerry

We had such a gorgeous stay. The cottage was cosy and well equipped, the little private outside seating area was lovely. The pool was a big hit with the kids and it was great to have the whole thing to ourselves for the entire hour. We had many gorgeous walks in the grounds, my 10 year old daughter loved the fairy walk. Paul was very friendly and helpful, a perfect host. A truly magical place.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views, garden, bar and restaurant. Landscaping work being done near the bottom of the hotel was a minor inconvenience with noise but the quality of the rooms and hotel makes up for it. It’s a solid walk to the MacCurtain precinct but fine if you’re able bodied. We’d stay here again as I’m sure the work is only temporary.
