We spent 4 lovely nights at Mary's place! Perfectly positioned between Schull and Ballydehob, the apartment is in a peaceful area only a short walk from numerous coves perfect for a morning swim. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. Mary and her husband were really helpful and friendly! I'd definitely recommend Mary's place to others

Stunning location and a good size house for a large family getaway. Would be hard to find a better ocean view, beautiful whatever the weather.

We had a wonderful stay at Iris's Inch Beach cottage. Great location with a view of the beach. The house was very nice and was a short to walk down to the beach! It was a great launching point to check out the sights in the area; Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, Slea Head Drive and Conor's pass were all a short drive away. Check in was easy with Iris at the bed and breakfast, even arriving late like we did around 10pm.

Finbar & Rose welcomed me with open arms. I got the full run of the house along with my daughter. They both couldn't do enough for us. I will definitely stay there again. I would recommend this property 100% and you coukdnt get better hosts than Finbarr and Rose.

Kells Bay is small and beautiful and the view from Agnes's house was stunning. It's a roomy house and had everything we needed. Agnes ws available whenever we needed to chat and she checked in on us too. Fanradtic spot. Loved it. The local area is great too. A great base for seeing Kerry.

Alan and Elaine are unbelievable hosts. Trust me you get way more than what you pay for in this place. Words can’t express how awesome and majestic the view is of Lough Guitane. Two families (4 adults and 7 kids ages 5-14) stayed six nights and saw a lot of the area thanks to Alan and his awesome recommendations. Five large bedrooms give us plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of very nice and well kept washrooms, a wonderfully large kitchen and sitting areas facing the lake with gigantic floor to ceiling windows give you a great view of the lake. The kids appreciated the gaming systems in the “second” sitting room. There were plenty of toys outside to play with. The kids spent a lot of time on these outdoor toys (racing trikes and mini tractors etc). If you’re into animals, you’re in for a treat as the sheep, cows, ducks and hens were all visiting in their neighbouring pasture regularly. The kids loved checking on them and even gave them names. The water is a very short walk down to the beach (perhaps 100m) on the same property. From there you can canoe or kayak (provided by the hosts) or even swim, which we all did with regularity. I strongly recommend hiking mangerton mountain, which is a five min drive away. Laundry room, kitchen supplies, freezer, spices, there was everything we needed. What a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend.

When I was originally looking for a place to stay, I was opting for somewhere that was a little closer to a town and may have been slightly cheaper than this rental. It was my first international trip ever, and I wanted to make sure that it went smoothly. If you're on the fence about price -- do yourself a favor: SPEND THE MONEY. If you're on the fence about location -- don't be. The view from this place is absolutely breathtaking. We had family in the area in several other BNBs and every single one of us like this place better for the price, the amenities, and the location. From the very start, before we ever started our trip, I was asking for recommendations because I was unsure about what decisions to make for my trip. Tony & Sinead were always accommodating to every question we asked. They are a wonderful host, and made this trip easier for us along the way. Thank you two for giving other families the unique opportunity to experience this absolute gem of a place.

What a lovely place! Stunning situation and view! (Car absolutely essential!) Hugh was super helpful! Responded within minutes! Nice food at Rosie’s. Very good Euro Spar in Whitegate. Would absolutely love to return. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey for only 2 people. Thanks for everything, Hugh.

We loved our stay and the weather was just amazing which helped. We had everything we needed and even 2 new loungers were dropped off by John. It’s an easy walk down to the beach, cafe, sauna and of course Jack’s. We were in Kerry for a 2 day wedding at Glenbeigh, Jacks and a party at Killorglin. I’d recommend Jacks for a drink and definitely the food - I had my first oyster! Also Emilie’s in Glenbeigh for sourdough, lunch or coffee and cake. We’ll be back!!

This was a fantastic place to stay in so many ways. (1) Location: at the end of a cul de sac on a rise looking out toward the MacGillacuddy Reeks range— stunning views. The neighborhood was peaceful and very walkable, including an easy walk into town and a rail trail. Right off the Ring of Kerry, it is centrally located for exploration of both the Iveragh and Dingle peninsulas. (2) Space: for our family of 5 the cottage was very spacious and homey, a great place to relax, prepare meals, and comfortably sleep. (3) Host: Bridget went above and beyond to communicate with and welcome us. Knowing our interests she researched and left us information about area attractions and helped us explore options. With no one booked immediately after us, she even offered us an extra couple days stay for no extra charge! I highly recommend Bridget and her cottage.

Very beautiful house located in the peaceful countryside. You can easily visit the Kerry area from this property. There is a bathroom for each bedroom which is very comfortable.

We had really enjoyed staying at Kathleen’s cottage. It is in excellent location and was even nicer than the photos. Our favourite was the lovely terrace with the stunning lake view. There is a patio furniture available. There is also Dolce Guesto coffee machine. So you can enjoy the perfect morning coffee at the terrace. Kathleen was a lovely host. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place! Ted was a great host. He provided us useful information on the town and nearby golf courses, and even greeted us upon our arrival. Check in and check out were seamless. The house was spotless, quiet and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the countryside and mountains. We recommend it highly and look forward to returning again.
