Monthly Rentals in Cotati

We had a wonderful five days at Magesh’s guest house! The interior is beautiful and we soon felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with a great shower. Magesh was very easy to communicate with, and even went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. When I asked if they had a Bluetooth speaker in the house, he sent his wife Rupa over with one for us to use! Rupa also made samosas for us, and on our last night, she brought us two beautiful little cakes from her favorite bakery!

We loved our night at The Coop. We had young children with us and they loved meeting all the animals and sitting on the porch looking at the pigs and roosters. The accommodations were perfect for us and had everything we needed. It does not have a stove for those needing to cook, but the microwave and coffee set up was great. Carrie even left a bottle of wine out for us which was so kind. If you’re a light or late sleeper, the roosters could be a bit much but we aren’t bothered by them at all.

Peggy is the perfect host! She is a sweetheart and very responsive. I stayed for 6 weeks and found her studio apartment very comfortable and equipped with most everything i needed. The studio has it's own private entrance and parking. I really don't have any complaints or suggestions how it could be better! I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Peggy!

Paramesh and Merina are very nice and friendly people, and we enjoyed our stay there very much. It fulfilled all our expectations, and even more. We loved the calm environment, and not only our kids enjoyed their animals (especially feeding the goats) almost every day. I would definitely choose their accommodation again if I'm in the area next time!
