Micky is such a sweetheart and such a great host. It felt like we knew him forever. He is so funny. he made us feel comfortable! He went above and beyond as a host. He helped us with our bags at check in and check out and made sure we had coffee! (we are educators and survive on caffeine). His place is so cute amd the pictures dont do it justice!!! 100/100 recommend!!

This place was a gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location made it easy to get around, but it was also a quiet retreat at the end of each day. We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and great kitchen.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back!

Ziiaguls place was perfect for our stay We needed something close to family and this location couldn’t be better! The unit was clean and spotless and very large. It is basic and could use some TLC but again it was a great location, reasonably priced, clean, close to fashion island and the beach and everything Newport. he was also super responsive with any questions

Great place, great experience - so great that I extended my stay multiple times, I was in no rush as this unit quickly felt like home. The perfect balance of necessities for an enjoyable stay: a very clean apartment, a quiet neighborhood, plenty of natural light through wall-to-wall glass sliders with a great view, a nice back porch and seating area, ample space for living and working, a beautifully renovated kitchen that is well equipped, comfortable furniture, and all the necessities for an extended stay. In addition, Michael (Ming) was a gracious host and was always available but never intrusive. While it is rare to find just a few of these attributes, with everything needed to make you feel right at home, this is a rare find and a hidden gem. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone visiting for any length of time, but especially for an extended stay.

This place is fantastic, exceptionally clean, with lovely views of the water. Its prime location offers lots of nearby activities and attractions, with the convention center, shops, and restaurants all conveniently within walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Eric and his wife Ana are so kind and welcoming. Their home is quaint, peaceful and very charming. Eric met me the day of check-in and helped me with my luggage. After a long day I can’t express how much that helped with words. The morning coffee was so lovely. Thank you so much, Eric and Ana

I try to avoid staying in hotels, especially for longer trips. This place turned out to be the perfect alternative. The neighborhood is quiet and has a peaceful, residential feel that made it easy to relax. The home itself is comfortable and spacious. Having a designated parking spot right in front was a huge convenience! Paris is a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay and would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

Thanks so much for a great stay! Amenities were lovely -- great for the whole family as well as for someone just needing to hang by the pool with a pina colada. Appreciated the wonderful staff at the villas and the attentiveness to visitors needs. Looking forward to another stay.

Happy to have found this place! Was perfect for family of 6 to relax and have plenty of space for cooking meals, sleeping, showering after beach, etc. The market and amenities close by was an added plus. The host was super quick, responsive and helpful video / info for the unit.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, and so many little touches that made the stay more special as we discovered different details. The view is amazing and seeing the Disney fire works made for a great surprise when they suddenly appeared in the distance. The house is very comfortable and I commend the host. A three minute drive up the hill and you have a great hiking trail. We saw deer and other wild life. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked Laura’s place for a week to get out of the Vegas heat. This was the perfect quiet getaway for our family. Super close to Dana point/sjc hot spots. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and felt safe walking around. Would stay again!

Joe was a great host. Super quick to respond and super kind. Especially given that we had to flee to his place when evacuating LA from the fires. His place was very comfortable and very well stocked. We definitely recommend.

Our stay was great! Annie’s home was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for some good ole family time. All areas of the home were very clean and the home overall all was in great shape. We loved the backyard area as well as the den area. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Annie.

We rent in Newport Beach a couple times a year and other than beachfront, this is one of the best locations! Close to the pier, shopping, beach and Balboa. Darren was easy to work with and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The parking spot is a bit narrow for larger vehicles but we easily found parking in the street next to the apartment. TV’s in every room and even had a/c. Thanks Darren!

My family of 3, my sister's family of 4, and my father made our home here to celebrate Christmas this year. As my sister and her family were visiting from Minnesota, we were excited to be able to go swimming outside during the winter in the heated pool! Overall, we had a great time. The kids (two 5-year-olds and one 2-year-old) loved the pool and the foosball table, we each had a bed to sleep in and separate bathrooms for each family, the kitchen and cooking supplies served our needs well enough, and we had plenty of space to set up a small Christmas tree and open presents. While we didn't visit Disneyland, we were very close and could hear the fireworks at night. Check-in and check-out were clear and simple, there was plenty of parking for our needs, and Katie responded within a reasonable timeframe when we initially reached out for assistance to ensure the pool heater was working. We recommend this listing and would stay here again.
