Monthly Rentals in Coney Island Beach

A lovely, spacious room and Araz is a friendly and helpful host. The room locks (something I wasn't sure of when reading previous reviews), and the private bathroom is large. It's right near Brighton Beach boardwalk, which would be nice in the summer if you wanted to swim. It's a 10-ish minute walk to the subway and about an hour on the subway to Manhattan--still quite convenient for the price! Excellent space, I'd absolutely stay here again no question!

Highly recommend Uri’s royal nest cosy apartment, it’s in a beautiful 😍 quiet location really nice and peaceful area, everything as described. Short walking distance to the laundromat, and so close to the subway 🚇 to go to manhattan. Highly recommend Joseph’s dream burger the staff are so friendly and kind especially the guy Oakes 🙏🤍 Highly recommend seven eleven store aswel lovely 🥰 and friendly customer service especially the guy Mohammed. Me and my teenage son loved uri’s place and can’t wait to book again. I stayed at uri’s other location in Brooklyn before and I highly recommend Uri to be your host 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️ Uri is definitely 💯 A SUPER 🔝 HOST very responsive and helpful 😀 thank you 🙏 so much Uri God bless you and your family, stay safe and take care 🙏🙏🤗❤️

My girlfriend and I had an incredible stay at Norbert and Agnes’s Airbnb for almost 40 days. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. They were exceptional hosts, always responding within minutes whenever we needed anything and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time in Coney Island, Brooklyn, and this Airbnb made our experience even better. If we visit again, we would definitely love to stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay!
