Beachfront vacation rentals in Coney Island Beach

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

This is the second time we have stayed at the View. The apartment is spacious and clean with amazing views. Steps from the boardwalk and beach and walking distance to restaurants and the town so no need to keep getting in the car. Lots of parking across the street. Private work space if needed. Beach towels and chairs also provided. Danny is very helpful and would definitely stay again!

Jenna and Ed were great hosts, they even helped us bring our stuff inside! Very communicative and checked in on us with great recommendations! We would definitely book with them again. The apartment is a super cozy but spacious basement apartment with a family living upstairs. Sometimes we could hear kids running around upstairs but we didn’t mind it much at all! Was perfect for the 4 of us having a girls trip. We spent some time out and binged watched shows/movie nights in the living room. Lots of mirrors so none of us were fighting for a mirror while trying to get ready and very comfortable seating in the living room for our movie nights! We loved our stay, it was a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants were not too far away. If you find a good parking spot, keep it!

Joseph was extremely helpful during our stay and made himself available to help us as needed with any problems that occurred. Would highly recommend Joseph as a host!

House was exactly as the listing showed. The outdoor view was beautiful! William was responsive and helpful through our entire stay. Will stay again if we ever are back up in Long Island.

Sarina was super helpful, extremely nice and responsive. The place itself was very comfortable especially the room with the king bed. We brought my service dog and there was a lot of grass around the area to walk him comfortably. You are located on a main road and by two schools (elementary and middle school) so just be aware of the noise that is outside (which is very normal for New York). Lots of places to eat close by as well if you want to walk or drive. Best part was having a parking spot we can pull into after being outside all day. New York parking is always a hassle so this was absolutely perfect for our stay. Even the neighbors of the home were really nice. Would totally stay here again for our next trip to NY. This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Adam's place was perfect for our group of 10 women! We had plenty of space and the entire house was really clean. The pool and hot tub were such a nice touch! We also used the roof deck for a private yoga class! Adam was really responsive to our messages and went above and beyond to be accommodating to all of our needs.

This place is ok if your on a budget. The area is worth a million dollars but the motel was a motel. Although the staff and other people were very friendly. It felt very very safe there. Lots of kids for my kids to play with and a pool. Id coke back for the beach.

I was initially unsure of Christopher’s place because of a couple of negative reviews. I reached out to enquire about the conditions of the place, per those negative reviews. Christopher explained and assured me. I’m so glad I discounted those reviews because Christopher’s place turned out to be such a gem. Christopher’s place is just right for a small family — ours was a party of 3 adults — and has everything you’ll need. Every room has a separate airconditioner unit, though we did not need to turn that on. The kitchen is well equipped, though we only used it for having snacks and on our last day, some grilled cheese sandwiches. The two bed rooms are suitably sized and the beds are comfy. If youre a light sleeper, the front bedroom might be a tad noisy from the road just outside. During our stay, we could hear cars passing by during morning and evening hours. For anyone looking to spend some relaxing time by the beach, this is the place. Don’t believe the negative reviews here.

My family of ten, ages 1 to 80, loved the space and location. Three full baths and five bedrooms with big closets and dresser drawers is a cherished find. Each bedroom has its own AC unit. We cooked and ate all of our meals in the kitchen which has adequate cookware, a big island, and an easy access grill. The living room accommodated us comfortably and we had plenty of space in the bedrooms. The sea wall stairs and handicap ramp are less than 50 yards from the front door. Our elementary age kids could easily run back and forth from house to beach because there is no street to cross. We used supplies from the garage: two boogie boards, ten folding chairs, two umbrellas, sandcastle equipment, and a wagon. The host impressively responded to our needs: a TV remote, fridge water filter, and new Keurig were delivered same day or overnight. Amazing. Fabulous porches and decks with lots of chairs and terrific views. The weather was very unlucky, but thanks to the great house we stayed happy.

We stayed here with my parents and toddler. The master room was big enough to share with toddler bed. The space was clean and all the beds were comfortable. Great location walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach.

Donna's place was the perfect accommodation for a long weekend. Our family of 3 felt right at home and Donna went above and beyond to make sure the cottage was perfect for our stay. She really thought of everything a guest might need! The location is great; access to the beach is right out front. Plenty of walkable restaurants. The entire area of Bayville and Oyster Bay is my new favorite place!

My parents visited and didn’t want stay in the city for a week so Dan’s place 1 block from the beach is quiet point lookout was the perfect few days before I made them ride the MTA & see the city sites. Dan was so sweet & met us at the house to ensure we got the lay of the land. Would visit again

Kim was a wonderful host. The space was clean and comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed. I would stay there again in a minute.
