The host, Majot, was very helpful, friendly, and she responds in a very short time. The house is 15 minutes from OSU, and in a safe area. Highly recommended.

The place was even better than imagined, being in a perfect location that was close to plenty of activities. Very comfy stay along with an amazing hot tub. Super thoughtful hosts were responsive and provided helpful information before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect! The house had everything we needed and more for our family! Everything was clean and check in was a breeze! The house has plenty of space for a family to feel comfortable. The location is perfect for ease to great restaurants, shopping and more! We loved that you could walk easily to local spots and OSU. Huge plus we were able to bring our dog and she loved the fenced in yard. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had, and a pleasure to work with!

My best friend and I enjoyed our long weekend stay at Rori's. The location was convenient to great local restaurants/coffee/bars and included one free parking spot along with amble street parking. Rori provided clear proactive communication from start to finish. We didn't need anything but I would have felt comfortable reaching out. The apartment was quiet and everything was clean. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have black out curtains in each room. Checking in and out was a breeze. It was close enough to walk to get coffee and dinner. Overall a great stay!

Came for the Open season deer expo. It was just down the road so I was able to walk there each day. The house description is spot on and very roomy for the 4 guests that stayed! 10/10 will stay here again next year!

Joy's house was a wonderful spot. We used the kitchen and it had all the cook wear I needed for a great dinner! Shower pressure was on point and so was the wonderful hot water. It was in a very convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and out of the way of the main roads. A great place for a staycation and getaway. There were two living areas and plenty of space to stretch out. This property is truly a gem and I already plan on rebooking. Thank you so much Joy!

My husband and I stayed at The Carriage House for a few days while we helped our daughter move. It was just as described. So perfect for our stay. The place is perfectly outfitted, cozy, and perfect for a stay in the Columbus area. Rob was an excellent host..fast and excellent communication. We will definitely choose the Carriage House the next time we visit Columbus!

Had a wonderful stay with friends and family. Great house. Kitchen was full of cook ware. Bed &Bathrooms extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great host and house. Worked great for a girls weekend. We loved the extra large master bath suite which served as a great place for our group to get ready and styled up for outings all together. Only wish the weather allowed us to use the beautiful outdoor space.

Second time staying in this location and absolutely love it. Great home and location! We love the pool/hot tub it is huge and perfect to relax in! I can’t say enough great things about this place! We will definitely be back for round 3!

This house was great and we would definitely stay here again! Having a huge back yard was nice to let the kids play out back and the house overall was really nice and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay! Eric gave clear check in/check out guidelines and was easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as pictured. Our family particularly loved how it was stocked with games and fun activities in the basement! I highly recommend this property for any family.
