Laila’s place is really well located, clean and just like the pictures. TV has loads of streaming options, she’s very detailed with instructions on how to access the building and amenities since it’s a high rise apartment and the detail was super helpful. Tip: - bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you’re sensitive to light, and sounds. Bedroom is next to a main street and street lamp light/some sounds filter in at night.

Our stay was great! Easily walkable or a quick Lyft for our needs! The provided ear plugs came in handy for a quick afternoon nap before our Saturday night event. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Communication was great when we had questions. We would stay here again.

This was an amazing spot!!! Easy walking distance to so many things!!! The space was so great. It was very clean and comfortable, and the beds were super comfy! The house and parking by spot are a little hard to find, but the host is really helpful! Be prepared if you have more than one car to find paid parking elsewhere, but the host has suggestions if you ask! Besides parking it was an amazing visit!

Great place to stay downtown Johnstown. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The loft apartment was very neatly decorated, super clean and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The unit is very very nice. Updated and clean. Great location, lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Plus being allowed to park behind the building as opposed to finding street parking was a big bonus

I would stay again. The unit was clean, quiet and one of the more affordable places we could find. Marcelo was polite and very responsive. We took Ubers to the Convention Centre each day of our stay, it’s just under 10mins away and cost was about $12-$20.

I was there for a month with my wife and my baby and no complaints, we felt like home… the only bad thing was we wanted to stay one more week. It it was already booked… Highly recommended

The place was very clean, quite and comfortable. The host was prompt at communication and provided clear information. Unlike the other places that we have stayed through AirBnB, the amenities in the kitchen did not have some supplies- such as tea/coffee creamer (milk pouches), sugar substitutes etc. The bathroom had empty casings of shampoo/conditioner/moisturizers. The handwash was also not found in the bathroom. Except for these minor missing things, the stay was excellent!!

Great location in downtown right by a bunch of bars and stadium for a concert that we went to. It was fairly easy to find, but from the entrance you could only walk up to four flights of stairs so just be advised about that. It was really nice in there and everything seemed clean. The only thing I didn’t like was there was some hairs on the bed, but the sheets smelled washed

Perfect place to stay. So much to do in the area, walk across the street to go shopping. Place was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great deal & very nice place!

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

This is a beautiful apartment! The building is a little confusing but the host provided perfect instructions! Love so many of the Grandview restaurants, this is a great Columbus find!

The apartment is spacious, convenient 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, lots of light. Right across you have many food options, supermarket nearby. Overall good location.

This is the second time our group has has spent a weekend in Columbus together and Charles’ place was awesome. We each had our own bed/ bedroom and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great communications and instructions. Pet friendly listing and neighborhood. Considering there are a number of apartments around the listing very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable listing.

We stayed for my son’s graduation from OSU. I thought the value was wonderful compared to what the hotels were charging per night. It’s a lovely place with safe easy parking.
