I really liked this place, very clean and neat, it was in an excellent location, and the owner responds to your questions fast.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

We only stayed one night at Francesca’s apartment, but it was enough to feel how special and welcoming she is. From the very first message, she was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything easy for us. You can feel how much care she puts into every detail — not just in the apartment, but also in how she treats her guests. The place is full of light, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. The balcony with sea view was such a gift — we sat there just taking in the sound of the waves and feeling completely relaxed. Even for a short stay, it felt like a peaceful escape. We had time to rent bikes and cycle along the coast to Marina di San Vito, which was absolutely beautiful — an easy, scenic ride that we would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Thank you again, Francesca, for your warmth and hospitality — it was short but sweet, and we truly hope to come back one day for a longer stay!

We loved it! He left us several individual details: toothbrushes, shoes of being around the house, gel, shampoo, compresses, swabs, biscuits... of all! There was a spacious balcony and the mattresses are comfortable. We felt right at home, thank you!

For us, the place was perfect, the kids were happy about the fast Wi-Fi. Perfect location and everything is within walking distance - bakery, grocery store, very fine gelateria and various restaurants. Key handover worked out great, even though it was a holiday in Italy.

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. The apartment has large spaces, modern and clean, with everything you need and its strong point is the extreme proximity to the beach. Great experience, we will definitely be back! Very large terrace with a direct view of the sea, fantastic!

Everything as in the photographs, very clean house... bright... very close to the beach. Ideal for those traveling with a dog. Highly recommended.
