Monthly Rentals in Colle Zingaro

We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

The house is quite secluded in the mountains and is an absolute dream. The view of the mountains after getting up and in the evening of an overwhelming starry sky are fantastic. The house has everything you need to spend relaxing days as a couple or with four people. A beautiful terrace area with small and large tables, comfortable chairs, umbrella and grill, including additional toilet, In the house in the lower area a kitchen-living room with gas stove and pellet stove. Upstairs two bedrooms and the living area incl. Bathroom, with good Wi-Fi and large TV. The entire house is new, very well maintained and tastefully restored. Jonas responds extremely quickly, super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would certainly have stayed longer if our travel plans had allowed it. You are about 40 minutes away from the coast with the Trabocchi, which are worth a trip/food. There are numerous great hiking opportunities in the area (mountainous!). Unrestricted recommendation!!

Casoli and Mark’s apartment exceeded our expectations of a small Italian town accommodation. Mark met us personally and went over all the functions of the well appointed apartment. There was also good information in a binder in case you forget what he tells you! As well as information about the area surrounding Casoli, restaurants etc… Casoli is a great hilltop town with several cafes and a great restaurant, Il Fiore directly across from the front door! Thanks again Mark, if we don’t find our own place in Italy this trip we will definitely book your apartment for our next one.

Valeria's place in Colledimezzo was perfect! It was wonderful to have a place of our own while visiting family in the town. It is centrally located near the main piazza, and was the perfect jumping off point for our stay in Abruzzo. The place matched the description and photos, and Valeria was the perfect host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend and stay there again in the future. Grazie, Valeria!
