Monthly Rentals in Cocoa Beach

Sorry to leave , just what we wanted . Hardly used the car , walked on beach and along Rd .local shops easily walking distance. Used pool across lot everyday. Apt had everything needed , kitchen, beach equipment . Comfortable and relaxing , very homely.

Tracy was quick to respond to any of our questions. We really enjoyed the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The updated kitchen and bathroom with the feature of having a washer/dryer in her unit was a plus. Everything in this area is walkable. We definitely would stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five star location to Cocoa Beach Pier and the Canaveral cruise terminal. Local store is a 5min walk for supplies and the accommodation is clean and homely. Perfect place for a beach getaway or pre-relaxing before boarding your next cruise. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation has everything you will need for the beach and personal hygiene. If you are lucky you may even see a rocket launch from the Kennedy space Centre! Your host will be able to provide you all details and times about the rocket launch. Cruise terminal is only a 10 minute Uber drive. Orlando International Airport is a 40 minute drive. Cocoa Beach airport pick up is available-you will need to google which one suits you best. If ever we find ourselves in Cocoa Beach again, we will definitely be staying at Jo Jo‘s beach shack.

We loved the condo! The location couldn't be better. The condo had everything we needed. Tara was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. This is the second time we stayed here, and would love to do so again. Grocery store, good restaurants, the pier, a hotel are all within walking distance. We were able to watch several rocket launches from Cape Canaveral while we stood on the beach. The only disappointment was that there was work being done on the beach much of the time we were there, so access was a little more difficult. But that was out of the owner's control.
