Nice, cozy, quaint home. Has general necessities for daily life. Clean and uncluttered, kept very homely. Has great amenities such as snacks and a water cooler.

Nice place. More spacious than I expected. Good layout. Would stay here again. In close proximity to gas stations, light shopping and grocery store. Only somewhat issue was a loud mustang that traveled up and down the road but that can’t be helped. Nice neighbor came and warned us about possible power due to high winds.

We love staying here if we can when in Clovis! It’s a beautiful home with a great yard, very clean and tidy, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Charlotte is always so helpful and kind during the whole stay. If we need her she responds in a timely manner and we love staying at her home because it’s so welcoming. We keep coming back to her residence and would highly recommend if ever in the area. Thank you for another amazing stay.
