A stunning place to escape from the noise and traffic of life. From the moment you walk over the grassy pathway to The Studio the peacefulness and the stunning views wash over you. The Studio offers comfort from the big king size bed to the wonderful shower. Lots of unique artwork which is a feast for the eyes. 10/10

Loved staying in Valley View cottage, what a treat to wake up to the goats and chickens outside the back of the accommodation. Great little fenced yard with tables and chairs that was great as we had our two dogs with us. Brilliant kitchen facilities and nice bathroom. Very clean throughout. Would come again! The only critique I could offer would be to update the welcome pack and message as some of the information offered is out of date.

Wow!! What a superb location and beautiful cottage. Paul is a brilliant host, so helpful and pleasant. The cottage is very well equipped, Paul has thought of everything and there are some lovely touches, including a lovely welcome hamper!! Great stay Andy was available on our arrival to show us around and how to use things, beds were made up for the amount of guests and location is beautiful!

We’ve just come back from staying in NO 1 Linhay cottages, and it was beautiful stay. Everything was clean spotless and had so many lovely little touches that must have gone into this when building and designing the inside. You have everything you need plus more! Love the open plan downstairs which leads into ample outside space and big open patio doors. In the kitchen you even get a coffee machine with pods. And the upstairs bedrooms have plenty of space with both having en-suit bathrooms. Which were lovely and all done to a high spec. We came for our wedding anniversary with our teenage son and our small Cavapoo lady. We also loved the little touch’s outside with include outside games and ping pong. Rob and his dad were extremely friendly when we spoke to them in person when we was there. We will definitely be back! Thankyou for having us.

Down for a wedding at Folly Farm, lovely space in wonderful location. Amenities and space ideal for two couples. Easy to find and such tranquility so close to the vibe of Bristol and splendour of Bath. Wandered around the lake direct from the house on the morning of the wedding, having enjoyed dinner at the Pony and Trap (very close) on the Friday evening. Pippa very helpful host.

Beautiful accommodation and lovely views of Bath. The flat was spacious for a family of 4 and equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Sarah’s lodge. It was peaceful and very clean. It is situated a short and scenic route from Cheddar where we spent most of our time hiking and eating cheese! There are many walks which you can take directly from the lodge which is lovely. Lots of local wildlife to see. Sarah was responsive, friendly and helpful which is all you need in a host. Would recommend 100% and will probably make a return visit next year as we missed out doing a few forest walks 🥾🌳

Brilliant stay, super clean apartment and what felt like a really safe and protected area for two women alone. It was so walkable for everything around us and was really easy to find. The shower was particularly amazing after a long day and the bed was one of the most comfortable ever! Would recommend.
