We had a very pleasant week in the comfort of home with our 3 children. The house is extremely comfortable, the pool is clean and sufficient. It is far from the crowds of the center, but also close enough to go in a few minutes by car. It is a peaceful place. We recommend it especially for families with children. We would also like to thank our host Mr. Selcuk for his accurate and prompt communication.

This house offers stunning 270-degree sea views and a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood. Ferhat is an excellent communicator and promptly addresses any issues that may arise during your stay. The house is comfortable and well-cleaned. Be aware that there are many stairs, as shown in the pictures, which may be a concern if you have mobility issues or small children. Otherwise, you will thoroughly enjoy the house, the neighborhood, and the taste of Turkish culture. The location is conveniently close to Yeni Foca and Eski Foca, where you can explore street markets and local cafes, walk by the seaside, and pick fruit from the house's garden.

We stayed with our family and were very happy. The pool was spotless and it was a very important topic for us. The kitchen, gardens, and rooms had all the supplies and furniture we needed. Location is very good, we didn't have any shopping and parking issues either. We used the pool very comfortably because the garden is surrounded by high walls. You can see the sea from the floors on the front. We got a quick response from Mr. Haluk about all the issues we contacted, thank you for everything, Mr. Haluk... We are planning to stay again.

**Fantastic stay at the villa in Alaçatı!** Our stay at this beautiful villa in Alaçatı was simply unforgettable. The location is perfect – within walking distance of the charming village center, where you will find numerous cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The villa itself is incredibly stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The garden with the private pool is a real highlight, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always ready to give tips and recommendations for the area. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere very much. All in all, we highly recommend this villa – it was really the perfect place to experience Alaçatı and the beautiful Çeşme region.

We had a great stay. Mr. Önder provided us with flexibility in both check-in and checkout times. This was a great value as we had two babies. The house, garden and pool were clean. It was very easy to get to Altinkum and Diamond beaches and Cesme center by car. During our holiday, Mr. Önder took care of whether we needed anything. Thanks for everything.

First of all, we would like to thank the hosts forever. The slightest issue was helpful right away. Their house is very spacious, very spacious, location is perfect. Walking distance to Juniper beach, very close to Migros etc grocery stores. The house is huge, the items are very nice, the beds are very comfortable. We had an amazing week at this place, the jacuzzi and the garden made it perfect. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but you can get a local bus or scooter too :)

If you really want to relax and have a pleasant holiday, this is definitely the right address. It was a quiet and peaceful stay experience in nature in the beautiful village of Izmir, Barbaros. The house and pool were quite clean, we found everything we needed in the kitchen, Mr. Batuhan responded quickly to all our questions and requests during and after check-in. One of my favorite features of the house was that there was definitely solar power used everywhere. Since my car is electric, I even took advantage of the electric vehicle charging station in their garden:) It was a perfect experience for us in everything. I would love to come back.
