A very good choice of accommodation in terms of price performance. The location is perfect. There were minor issues with cleanliness. One click more care can be taken. You need to be prepared for the paperwork that takes time to check in and check out. There are procedures as per the procedure. Overall, Karsiyaka is a nice option on the beach.

You'll feel at home and I'm sure you won't be a stranger at all, the house is ideal for hiking very close to the beach five minutes from the quarantine tram stop on the beach, the house is beautifully decorated and the newest building around is suitable for accommodation.

What a beautiful space to stay in and explore the city from! The apartment has a lovely summer beach holiday feel to it and the interior is modern and tastefully decorated. We were able to easily navigate our way around the city and we can highly recommend staying in this location for this purpose. Our host was especially attentive and kind and we felt welcome and right at home.

The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. The accommodation was worth the price, clean and in a good location, the only drawback that the room does not have a door but is separated only by a curtain. Nuray came to meet us to leave the apartment and allowed us to stay an hour longer

As someone who went to Izmir for the first time, we had no trouble finding the location. The sheets and towels were spotless and the rest of the house was very attentive and clean. We came for 2 cars, we did not have any problems finding parking on the street of the house. Using the sauna in the evening in this house we used on our trip for work made us all very restful. Other than that, there are so many alternatives for those who want to eat at home and there are nice restaurants. You can easily get to many places by car. Thank you again Ms. Gülcan for everything.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, and it was a pleasure to meet the Faith couple; this price is very good value for money in the surrounding room type, you can walk to the big elevator in 3 minutes, you need only 1 subway station to go to the clock tower; because they arrive late on the first day, they have been sending me messages to care if we can find directions and proactively recommend delicious food and play routes; On the first night they were very enthusiastic about inviting me for tea and coffee, we talked for a few hours together, although relying on the translator, it didn't affect our communication of interesting topics at all; I highly recommend everyone to stay
