Great apartment, wonderful people <3.The apartment has everything, absolutely everything. You can feel like at home. Apartment is close to the metro station, so go anywhere you want is very easy. The view from the balcony is the best in Izmir. I love this balcony. I worked remotely and it was perfect place, the wifi was fast. The owner and her mom is super kind, helpful and gives great recommendations. I highly recommend it! I will come back for sure! Thank you for everything!

The place was great! The three rooms were nice and clean. Especially great was the location of the apartment in the heart of Alsancak. Bulut is a very nice host who helped us quickly with everything!

My wife and I stayed here during our three-night visit to Izmir. Great location, right on the street in the heart of Alsancak. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches and public transportation vehicles within walking distance. Mr. Firat was very helpful and responded to all our messages instantly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable to the standard 1+1 apartments. Having an elevator was a great advantage in terms of carrying luggage. We recommend it.

Amazing apartment near to everywhere.

It was nicer and more comfortable than we expected, the pool was heated and the fireplace burned when we arrived. The house was tidy, clean in general. We had a lot of fun, we would definitely like to come back.

We were traveling for work and had chosen this villa. Unfortunately, shortly before our stay, the booked villa had an electricity issue that was immediately communicated by Adilcan. It also had a replacement villa ready for us and we were allowed to go to the booked villa on the next day. It is very elevated so it was very windy up there which Adilcan had also written before. Unfortunately, you also noticed this inside because the blinds and the windows worked out and some were leaking. Must say we were there in January (probably won't stand out in the summer). Otherwise, everything was superbly furnished over 3 bedrooms 2 shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. The bedrooms upstairs had a fantastic room height, each room with electric exterior blinds. Wifi and Smart TV was sufficient, as soon as several devices had connected it partially collapsed. We will be happy to come back.

The house has all the things you could need. There are markets within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every evening. It's in a very calm, fully relaxing place. It was a vacation I would prefer if I went again.

The house was in a very ideal location for Urla, we had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, we had everything we needed in the house, especially spending time in the garden, so we chose to cancel the restaurant reservations and spend our evenings in the garden. Our hosts were extremely interested. It was a place we wanted to come back to.
