This apartment is in a fantastic location, just a one-minute walk from the historic elevator. While the windows don’t face the sea, you can step outside and find a beautiful viewing point with stunning scenery. The host, Aytekin, was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is bright, spacious, and well-furnished, with two cozy bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and all essentials for a pleasant stay. Being on the 5th floor, it offers a lighter and more open feel. For those who prefer easier access, Aytekin also has a similar listing on the ground floor. Points to note: - The area is hilly with many steps, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges. - Few restaurants are nearby; head to Dario Moreno Street or Üçyol for dining. - A mosque is in front of the building, and the first call to prayer is about 1.5 hours before sunrise. Overall, this is an excellent apartment for exploring Izmir, offering both comfort and a great location.

Nilüfer’s Airbnb in İzmir was great. My friends and I were visiting for a wedding, and the location was very convenient. The balcony has a great view and would have been perfect for a fire if it was a bit colder. Nilüfer was so helpful and very informative. I would definitely consider coming back when I go to İzmir again.

From the moment i walked in apartment , the warmth and comfort made me feel so at ease. The space was cozy, inviting, and had everything i needed for relaxing stay. Metin is the best host i have ever had. Good location and peaceful neighbours.

Although we haven't met Ertan in person, we were dealing with Hamide on daily basis. Hamide is a great host who went out of her way to make sure we were happy. We really had everything that we needed. There are good shops and restaurants nearby. We had a rental car and though parking is free in the streets finding a space is quite a challenge. There is a paid car park near the property. All in all we had a great stay in Western Turkey.

The host, Mr. Tufan, is very friendly and supportive. The house is quite clean and warm thanks to the heater; it offers an ideal stay for the winter months. Also 5 minutes from IZBAN in terms of location.

Great apartment, wonderful people <3.The apartment has everything, absolutely everything. You can feel like at home. Apartment is close to the metro station, so go anywhere you want is very easy. The view from the balcony is the best in Izmir. I love this balcony. I worked remotely and it was perfect place, the wifi was fast. The owner and her mom is super kind, helpful and gives great recommendations. I highly recommend it! I will come back for sure! Thank you for everything!

We were very hospitable by Ms. Turkan. The house was spotless and we thought about what we might need. We had a very pleasant time and left satisfied.

A facility prepared with every detail in mind. Very clean and tidy house. The outdoor fireplace and the projection in the bedroom are really enjoyable. It's also easily accessible by public transportation in terms of location.

The house fully met my expectations with both cleanliness and order. The hospitality and communication of the host Ms. Ezgi was also great. I was easy to reach whenever I needed and was friendly and supportive. The possibility of parking in the house was a great benefit. It was very important for me to be able to park my car safely and I had no problems with that either. The location of the house was also very advantageous; both in terms of transportation and its proximity to cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues. If I come back to this area again, I will prefer this house without hesitation. Thank you to the host for a perfect stay and highly recommend to everyone.

We just got back home after a two night stay at Cak’s place in Izmir. We have to say the Quartier team and Cak were insanely responsive and kind. They allowed us to bring our small dog and check in a little early with no extra cost or hassle. Cak phoned me the day we checked in to make sure we got in ok and even was able to manage to get us a discount on parking for the second car our friends drove who stayed with us. The place itself is a nice place and has pretty much all the things you’d need to feel comfortable. Keep in mind it’s an old townhome so the lay out will be different, just takes a little getting used to. Also keep in mind the car park is about a 7-8 minute walk away and the road the home is one is a narrow one way road, so unloading items in the rain can be a little hectic. These aren’t bad things to say about the home or the host, just an observation so you can plan on them. All-in-all it’s a great place for two couples or a family with plenty of space. Thanks Cak!

The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. The accommodation was worth the price, clean and in a good location, the only drawback that the room does not have a door but is separated only by a curtain. Nuray came to meet us to leave the apartment and allowed us to stay an hour longer

Excellent host and a beautiful place to stay

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

Fatih and Hulia (his wife), were amazing hosts! The same matches the description, and the view is spectacular. As a solo traveller, I was apprehensive at first but appreciated the quick responses from the very beginning (ie. before I settled and made the booking). Their home is well-maintained and beautiful, and Hulia maintains it superbly. Hulia and Fatih's home felt like a home away from home, and with the help of Google Translate, we communicated. They were always more than happy to help, which was quite touching especially during my last few days as I was feeling poorly. Hulia, making me a cuppa almost drove me to tears. I would not recommend this place enough. The next time I'm in Izmir, I would not hesitate to book it again. Until next time!

Apartment in a quiet family apartment building. Very tidy and convenient. The items of the house are useful enough. The only thing missing is the bed could be a little more comfortable.

Nice location and house. It would be nicer if there were house slippers. The towels and bed were clean.
