In the pouring rain 2 hours before check-in, Mr. Mustafa called us and picked us up from our location. I do so much for their attention. Thanks to the air conditioning, we had a warm stay. The house was also very clean. The host was available to assist with anything. Everything was very nice.

a really good responsive host who will help out as much as he can . gave good clear instructions as to travelling - stores and markets. ideally located within very close proximity of shops train stations and bakery. ample space in the apartment .well looked after . the host had cleaning equipment so took care of the cleaning before we left. will definitely be coming back no doubt about that

The location of the apartment is great and has a nice comfortable bed and sofa. The air conditioner is working, there is no shortage of hot water in the bathroom, the kitchen is well-equipped. She keeps water and soda in the fridge for future guests, which is very thoughtful. Although I have little and self communication with Günay, it is immediately noticed that he is a very friendly person. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Fatih and Hulia (his wife), were amazing hosts! The same matches the description, and the view is spectacular. As a solo traveller, I was apprehensive at first but appreciated the quick responses from the very beginning (ie. before I settled and made the booking). Their home is well-maintained and beautiful, and Hulia maintains it superbly. Hulia and Fatih's home felt like a home away from home, and with the help of Google Translate, we communicated. They were always more than happy to help, which was quite touching especially during my last few days as I was feeling poorly. Hulia, making me a cuppa almost drove me to tears. I would not recommend this place enough. The next time I'm in Izmir, I would not hesitate to book it again. Until next time!
