The house is really a wonder: very clean, cared for in every detail and with a super welcoming atmosphere. The interior has a truly fascinating architecture, distributed over two floors that give ample breathing space to the rooms. The garden is a small corner of peace where you can relax, and the sea view is simply breathtaking — waking up to that view is priceless! The location is perfect: in a very quiet area but within walking distance of the heart of Capalbio, with restaurants and services all nearby. The house is nestled in nature, but conveniently connected. Special thanks also to the host: kind, helpful and super friendly. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic, relaxing and high quality stay in one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. We will definitely be back!

Mario was special, accommodation with all the amenities, very clean, in a quiet area, with a usable park, also very well maintained. in addition to the very nice accommodation, it was nice to feel welcomed by Mario, like old friends. In addition to being in an optimal position to reach the beautiful beaches even on foot, the apartment is in a convenient position to visit the entire Maremma, the natural oasis of Lake Buriano, the Tarot Garden, Ansedonia, the archaeological park of Cosa, the entire Monte Argentario, Capalbio. It was a beautiful vacation, I will gladly return to Mario's.
