This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

Aurora Outpost is located on a private 100 acre homestead just 7 minutes from Fairbanks and 5 minutes from Fox, AK. There is NO electricity, lighting is provided by warm lanterns. There is NO plumbing, but there is a small water system and outhouse. I am also available 24/7 to answer any questions about the features of the cabin or to help guests enjoy the cabin to its fullest!
