The accommodation was perfect for our group of 8 when visiting the local area on our golf trip. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Free parking close to house and a short trip in to Canterbury city centre.

Very nice place in a lovely area. Very nice and helpful host. Very good and fast communication. I recommend this place. We will be coming back.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Alice! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen – die Tower Bridge war in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar, und die Bushaltestelle liegt nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit einem wunderschönen Garten – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, ebenso die Bettdecke – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln – als absolute Kaffee-Liebhaber war das ein echtes Highlight, da wir normalerweise mit unserem eigenen Kaffeevollautomaten reisen. Die Kommunikation mit Alice war durchweg hervorragend, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

My wife, toddler and I stayed at Ben's place for a week in early-mid May. Host: Ben was a fantastic host - super proactive, responsive, friendly and informative. Any minor requests / issues we may have had (hazards of traveling with a small one), he addressed promptly, professionally and in a super helpful manner. Space: We were very happy with the flat - it was very clean, well-appointed, and included three bedrooms and with a spacious downstairs / outside area - all as described in the listing. There were plenty of dishes / cooking implements, towels / clean sheets and cleaning supplies, so we felt right at home. There was plenty of room for the three of us, and I'm sure the flat could comfortable accommodate more. We loved opening the back doors in good weather and relaxing at the dining table / on the patio. Neighborhood: The flat is very conveniently located for public transport, and while the street is quiet, it was a quick walk to Brixton for restaurants / excitement /shops!

Nancy made our group's experience extremely enjoyable, I had a great stay! She was incredibly thoughtful being flexible with timings and leaving for us a tennis table and going the extra mile by preparing the hot tub. She was responsive to my questions, which I really appreciated. The home was clean and very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend staying here if looking to do a trip in Ashford.

Had an amazing stay at LH7 Stays! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, had all what we needed, everything easy. Nice house indeed.

A lovely place to stay, right on the beach front with an incredible view. 5km down to Whitstable which is lovely to run, local food places were good and so much to do within close proximity. The accommodation was perfect, cost and homely with relaxing views of the beach front. Had everything we needed and Kay provided some lovely bread ect such lovely touches and made you feel super welcome. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Wonderful stay in the grounds of such a beautiful garden. Walk to the beach and high street was 10 minutes and Frank was more than happy to show us the quick routes to do this. The accommodation had everything we needed for a short stay with our children (family of 5). We were happy to all be in one room (sleeping wise) and the children happily played in the very large garden. We enjoyed the tranquility of the spot and a morning cuppa on the decked area in the sun. It was extremely easy to walk into whitstable high street and the beach and the hosts were absolutely lovely. Thank you for a great last minute stay away.

Slip Cottage is a charming, spacious, comfortable, well equipped cottage located in a peaceful lane in Whistable. We especially loved the comfortable bed and quality linen. The private carpark at the front door is most certainly a plus! Steve is a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and was most kind when my husband unexpectedly had to go to hospital. A big thank you Steve ... your kindness is truly appreciated.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

Ben's place is absolutely beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and has everything and more of what you need. Ben's communication and instructions were spot on. We had the perfect stay for my daughters wedding.

What a wonderful property Daweswood is! It’s stunning and had everything we needed for our weekend. Allister was lovely, he always responded quickly to my (many) questions in advance of our stay and on the check in day provided so much information and very clear instructions that made it all go smoothly. He even checked in with us after our first night which was lovely. I couldn’t recommend Daweswood and Allister as a host enough, I will absolutely be recommending him, and really hope to stay again.

Nice house in a great central location. We could walk everywhere from here. Amanda and Lawrence were super helpful and responded within seconds every time I contacted them. The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and I didn't realise that the bathroom was on the ground floor, but that was only a problem because my 83-year-old mother was with us on this occasion. Overall we had a lovely stay at Harbour Cottage.

Thank you Sophie, the house felt like a home. The books, the toys, the rooms, the garden an added bonus for the little people. “but why can’t we stay longer” asked grandchild. Appreciated the earlier check in, and thank you for your flexibility and understanding with our car problems.

Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

We have spent half term at Lisa’s place, the house is very spacious, located in quiet residential area, about 10 minutes walk from the train station and 25-30 from the town centre which was exactly what we wanted. Lovely large property for our group of 9, we love the gym and hot tub plus a basket of goodies on arrival was an unexpected touch. We had a great stay and was so lucky with the weather too, did lots of small trips with kids so train station nearly was very handy. Would definitely recommend it.

Our stay was lovely and peaceful, exactly what we wanted from an escape from London. The local area is beautiful and it was so easy and inexpensive to get to from London. You can easily walk to Frant village centre on footpaths with the instructions that our host gave us. Gayle (Moppy) was so helpful and responsive and gave local recommendations before hand and during our trip.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse. Old Tudor, packed with character and the surrounding area is stunning. Local pubs in close proximity which serve lovely food. All in all a fantastic stay

Peaceful location and gardens, v cosy little place. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden, visiting the village and nearby areas; the reservoir, Sissinghurst and Hastings. James and Sarah were very responsive to our questions and requests.

We had a great time at Amanda’s place! The location is great! So close to the coast and so close to the all the restaurants and shops (5 min walk). Windy’s cafe was great and we went 3 mornings in a row! There are a few paid car parks nearby and also free parking on Nelson Road if you can find a spot! Also, we loved the bath tub!!
