Cabin vacation rentals in Chatham

The outback shack was a perfect cabin for a small getaway. Vincent gave clear instructions to a self check in and then met us later to ensure we were set (as well as gorgeous doggo). He kept contact throughout the stay to ask if we still had everything we needed such as towels and gave recommendations to places to visit. Highly recommend this stay ! Thank you !!!

Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

Me and my partner stayed we had the place to ourselves was so peaceful. Hot tub was brilliant, sauna was lovely, the surroundings was so peaceful snd relaxing. The whole set up was excellent and spot on. 100% will book again.

We had a wonderful stay in such beautiful surroundings. The shepherd's hut was perfect — cozy, comfortable, and full of charm — and we absolutely loved the hot tub! We enjoyed a lovely walk through the nearby woods, and the farm shop was fantastic, with everything we could possibly need. Although the bathroom was a short walk away, it was warm, spotless, and felt just like home. Every detail had clearly been thought through. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon!

The lodge is a beautiful place to stay, every inch was clean and tidy, the view from the hot tub area is stunning and the instructions from the host were perfect, there is no fault we could find with our stay there! Excellent attractions nearby, excellent places to eat and after a long day out coming back to the lodge’s hot tub was the perfect way to relax. 5* thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed for a few nights to get some peace and rest after a very difficult few months. This was just what the doctor ordered. I loved sitting on the sofa and watching the birds and the trees. We sat under the trees and watched the sunset and it was so peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful break! X

Had an amazing stay at this off-grid cabin - Tom was a great host and the brochure was a helpful in covering all the smaller details! Location is great and in a private field so perfect to relax - plenty of pubs and lots of great walks. It is worth noting that the fridge mentioned is actually a cool box (which doesn’t stay cool overnight if you switch it off) so be mindful of what food you take with you. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Sarissa has a lovely place. We'd been before and were really happy we found a space this half term. My 8 yo loved feeding the animals with Sarissa. The log cabin is cosy and close to lots of fun places. Will hopefully be coming back again!

Sandy was a really lovely host, nothing was too much bother and we were made extremly welcome when we arrived. For us the outside space was very nice to have also, with the Shetland Ponies coming to visit and seeing deer grazing in the early morning. The Lodge is very comfortable and we found it had everything that we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

Fantastic lodge, just as described, spotlessly clean, everything you could need. Ideally located to visit Maldon, Burnham, Leigh on sea etc. Good choice of country inns and cafes. Would definately stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay at the lodge / cabin. Usually we stay in hotels but for a change wanted some seclusion and relaxing surroundings. Our host John was brilliant, a pleasure to meet and nothing was too much trouble, whether it was asking about the local area or to help with things such as supplying firewood for the log burner to even saying we should have called for a lift when we walked a long way to a beautiful pub and decided to get a taxi back!...the lodge itself was perfect, everything you need for a quiet, stress free break. I will 100% be staying again in the future. Thanks to John and Natalja for having us!

Brilliant stay with lovely hosts. Walking distance to the beach, play park and a local pub. Private space, lovely decor, comfortable and accommodating. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

Just back from a stay at Nicola’s shepherds hut, it was just what we needed away from work life, it was so peaceful just listening to the birds singing and being able to forget your worries. The hut had everything we needed, the bed was cozy and we even went for a wild water swim which was a first for us and would recommend, thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Very friendly and provided a great breakfast to help me out when walking the North Downs Way. Comfy bed and welcome beer too…

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Cedar Cabin over the bank holiday weekend. It was the attention to detail from the moment we walked in, a welcome surprise with a lovely postcard, coffee pods at the ready for the morning and milk in the fridge. We really liked how the cabin had a separate kitchen / lounge space away from the bedroom and bathroom, this made it feel much more spacious. A really beautiful, comfortable and cosy cabin that is decorated to make it feel calm and serene. We found it conveniently located and within walking distance to everything Whitstable has to offer. Jo is a lovely host and checked up on us after our first night and kept in touch during our stay which was so thoughtful. She also has some great recommendations in her guidebook. We definitely recommend Harbour Street Tapas - booking highly suggested. Thank you so much Jo for a wonderful stay at Cedar Cabin!!

We had a fantastic one night break here. the Cabin was incredibly warm and cosy, and the temperature of the heating was adjustable and kept us happy throughout the evening. The amenities were perfect for what we needed, and the surroundings (a quiet but functioning fruit farm) was enjoyable to watch from inside the cabin. The grounds although closed to guests were available for us as guests to have a stroll around and they were even picturesque at the time of year we visited (February). We would absolutely visit again. Thanks for accomodating us

Stayed at many hotels and AirB&Bs and I must say this was by far the most beautiful, peaceful getaway we’ve ever had. The treehouse itself is more wonderful than the pictures and there is literally everything you need there. Lucinda hasn’t cut any corners whatsoever and so much effort has been put into making this place absolutely incredible. As for the location, you are free to walk round acres of stunning countryside and woodland areas and it feels like you’re the only people on earth there. This weekend has exceeded everything we could have hoped for and would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking to escape reality for a couple of nights.

Myself and partner and our puppy had a very enjoyable one night stay over in this lovely peaceful cabin, We arrived at 2pm and enjoyed sitting out on the deckchairs provided in the sunshine. We were also provided with a fire pit and wood for the evening, A small additional cost. Inside the cabin, It was lovely and cosy, Heater provided for the chilly evening. We cooked our meal on a small oven provided which was very easy to use. Plenty of room in the fridge to stock out food. It was a very nice surroundings with horse's in the field near by and other friendly camper's. The field was a good size, My puppy enjoyed a walk around on her lead. We would definitely come back.
