We had a such a lovely stay here. It is an amazing property in a stunning location. The house is beautifully furnished, spacious and tasteful, with plenty of rooms for people to escape to with a book. And several rooms for larger groups. Many of the rooms look out over the stunning views of the Weald and the amazing surrounding countryside. But the real icing on the cake is the incredible garden. There is a great patio, huge lawn and even a football area tucked away. We really enjoyed the natural pond which was the perfect thing to clear the head and was very well maintained. There is plenty to enjoy nearby, with the Ardingly reservoir and local walks being the highlight. Debs was such a kind host: informative and always got back to us promptly. It helped make it a very special time.

I stayed here with my wider family and dogs and it was perfect for a group of our size over the Easter weekend! Great for hosting, and not so perfect that you worry about breaking everything! Felt very homely and lovely - shame we were too early to use the pool!!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. What a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely and furnished to a high standard. The views are incredible, and its been great to watch deer, foxes, rabbits and horses in the field behind the house. Andrew is the perfect host, so welcoming and going out of his way to make our stay the best it can be. Always available if we needed him, but totally respecting our privacy. We would highly recommend both Deepwell and Andrew. We have had an amazing 4 months while our house was being renovated and we're going to miss the Deepwell gang!

Beautiful home in a fabulous location close to all of the fabulous local shops and restaurants. Nicola was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend a stay here!

The opportunity came to get away for a couple of nights and we couldn't think of anywhere better than to return to Peter's and Fergal's place in beautiful Whitstable, having spent a number of weeks here over the years. Although it is a five hour journey to Whitstable from Manchester, we absolutely love this place. Peter's response to our last minute request was immediate and made the stay flawless and an extremely pleasant experience. We do love a barbecue and we were delighted to find everything we needed in the shed at the back of the beautiful garden. Also took the opportunity to go swimming in the sea. Doesn't get any better! There is nothing that both Peter and Fergal haven't thought of to make it a pleasant experience, whether it is for a couple of nights or a couple of weeks. We will be back next year for a longer stay for sure. This house is a must for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Whistable.

The Wedge is a lovely place to stay we had a great time and was so close to the beach. Ria was very helpful and accomadating for us she litterally goes above and beyond for her guests. Will be booking to stay The Wedge again very soon. Thankyou Ria

Nancy made our group's experience extremely enjoyable, I had a great stay! She was incredibly thoughtful being flexible with timings and leaving for us a tennis table and going the extra mile by preparing the hot tub. She was responsive to my questions, which I really appreciated. The home was clean and very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend staying here if looking to do a trip in Ashford.

Had an amazing stay at LH7 Stays! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, had all what we needed, everything easy. Nice house indeed.

Kaz is an extremely friendly and responsive host . The house is lovely and spacious with a lovely outdoor area . Everything you could possibly need is provided and the house was fresh clean and comfortable . The area is quiet . We were attending my son’s wedding and were a family group . What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Francesca's place was perfect for us to crash after an event in London. Super easy to find, she was responsive to my messages and made us feel welcome. Will hopefully look to stay again for similar events we have!

We loved our stay. Tina's beautiful home was a perfect base for our trip to London. Tina was responsive and helpful, and we had all the information we needed. The house was large enough that we all had our own space, and was nice and clean. We would happily stay again!

Charles place was great and he was a fantastic host that provided clear instructions!

We were a family party of 7 who meet up the same time each year. This accommodation was just perfect - literally had anything you need. We were lucky with the weather and managed to have 2 BBQ in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again

My wife, toddler and I stayed at Ben's place for a week in early-mid May. Host: Ben was a fantastic host - super proactive, responsive, friendly and informative. Any minor requests / issues we may have had (hazards of traveling with a small one), he addressed promptly, professionally and in a super helpful manner. Space: We were very happy with the flat - it was very clean, well-appointed, and included three bedrooms and with a spacious downstairs / outside area - all as described in the listing. There were plenty of dishes / cooking implements, towels / clean sheets and cleaning supplies, so we felt right at home. There was plenty of room for the three of us, and I'm sure the flat could comfortable accommodate more. We loved opening the back doors in good weather and relaxing at the dining table / on the patio. Neighborhood: The flat is very conveniently located for public transport, and while the street is quiet, it was a quick walk to Brixton for restaurants / excitement /shops!

'Exactly what it says on the tin'. When my family of 3 generations (aged 5 - 95) 6 adults, 2 children arrived we felt that we already knew the property, so accurate were the descriptions and the photographs that Jubed has supplied. Communication since booking (a year in advance) has been excellent, friendly courteous and comprehensive. A wonderful 3 night stay. I would highly recommend this property. Quiet neighbourhood and yet easily accessible to Central London.

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and it was the perfect base for a hike in the Surrey Hills. We didn’t meet the host but instructions were clear and the place was great. Would stay again!
