The hosts were the kindest couple. They showed us around, let us know about the dogs (which were absolutely adorable) and they were very helpful. They had supplied us with breakfast and tea and coffee, and it is a true bed and breakfast for there was no kitchen, but we didn't miss a kitchen either. The garden is beautiful and so very relaxing and peaceful. We had breakfast in it every morning, and stayed out every evening. We only stayed here for two nights, but we could have stayed here for a week, easy. Highly recommend this property, and the hosts. We stayed at the annex for one night with our dog and it was perfect. A really cosy space, comfy bed and great for parking the car directly outside. The pub over the road was also lovely for a drink in the evening sunshine. Thank you Alex and Philippa 😊

Just magical! The cabin and surroundings are even better in the flesh. Completely peaceful and private. Fern is a fantastic host, there is nothing more we could have asked for. Lovely people and gorgeous surroundings. We stayed four nights and wished I’d booked more. There is so much to do and explore in the area but we really didn’t want to leave the cabin. The fishing is excellent, 33 fish in two and a half days. We visited Bewl Water and Tunbridge Wells. The cabin - just perfect. The bed, linen, pillows are all completely lush! Lots of hot water and towels (which were lovely!), plenty of room in the kitchen which is very thoughtfully equipped, and the outside area is perfect. Loved the south facing decking and the undercover seating. Sunshine all day long! Plenty of wildlife, we even saw the resident kingfish. Two wonderfully friendly ducks and the dogs and geese kept us fully entertained! Plenty of local pubs/shops etc too. Thank you Fern for a wonderful break 🥰

A very beautiful and unique place to stay. The decoration is quirky and delightful. Definite,y would recommend.

We had a short stay but the place was very spacious, quite unique, well decorated and had fantastic views being on the seafront. Great for sunsets too! The local area was peaceful but has some amenities, cafes, restaurants, pier and arcade so everything you need to have a break. Canterbury & Ashford are not far for some sightseeing/shopping. Angela was a great host too! Thanks again!

Stayed at Louise's Annex for my friends hen do and from the time of booking to staying in her beautiful Annex Louise has been so accomodating. The annex is simply stunning, we all felt relaxed and were able to enjoy the amenities especially the lovely hot tub in the garden. The surroundings are simply stunning and every night we all commented on how beautiful it looked outside with the tree lights lit up. A simply incredible place... we loved the adorable horses and alpacas too!! Thank you so much for making our stay amazing ❤️ would 100% recommend x

We only came across Lily’s place a few days before we travelled after being let down by a late cancellation elsewhere, but ended up feeling like we had ended up with somewhere even better than where we had originally booked. Lily was extremely helpful with great communication throughout. She offered us early check in and didn’t rush us to check out either. The cottage itself was ideal for us and our children - comfy beds, plenty of space, everything cleaned and finished to a high standard. We were touched by all the additional extras - milk in the fridge on arrival, pain au chocolats for breakfast, good coffee and hot chocolate available and grateful for the use of a highchair so we didn’t need to bring our own. Our children slept brilliantly (better than they do at home) which enabled us to enjoy an excellent and very reasonable takeaway from the Greek restaurant next door. We had no issues or complaints at all and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Yet another wonderful stay. Everything is perfect. The property has everything you need and more so many little extras ( fresh milk , cereal , tea , cofffee , treats for your doggie , Gaynor has every little detail covered . The property is so comfortable and very peaceful. Great pub 5 mins walk down the road with excellent food . Thank you Gaynor we will see you next year .

A great place to stay for just myself. It had everything I needed for my 3 night booking. Besnik called and messaged me over my time there to see if everything was OK, and if I needed anything. He is an absolute super host and I would stay there again!! Many thanks Besnik.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Great location for exploring Rochester

Wanted somewhere in Rochester which would be walkable in the town and a base for venturing further afield. The attic apartment didn't disappoint. A lovely space which, while part of the family home, felt very private. Luxurious bathroom, spacious bedroom, and an effective kitchen/sitting room. Extremely quiet, in a lovely road, and with a great view across the town. Lucy was attentive and responsive - the perfect host. While there was no allocated parking, we had no trouble parking in the road very close to the house. Wouldn't hesitate to return again.

Austine was very responsive to all communication from booking through to extending our stay. Check in was great through Hazel who met us to check us in and show us to the flat. A couple of small issues were sorted immediately. Would definitely stay again if available when needed.

Phantastic flat, our family liked it very much, immaculate, modern, clean & comfortable, the best Airbnb we've come across in England so far ... highly recommended.
