Lovely apartment and lovely host!

Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.

Oreste is a very hospitable and kind host, the apartment is very comfortable and very clean. We had a good time and highly recommend it. We were guests of Oreste to spend New Year's Eve in Rimini and we comfortably toured the cities near Igea Marina. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Emanuele is really a SUPER HOST!We were in Cattolica for the national final of the Sport Project: the apartment is in a quiet residential area, very close to the sea and the pedestrian area and 8 minutes from the Riviera Horses Resort, very easy to reach. The apartment is really super and beautiful and totally matches the photos and description and also the large terrace was very used. We had a great time. We had to leave the apartment Saturday morning, by 10 a.m., but since there was no other reservation, Emanuele offered to keep it free for the whole morning: in this way, after completing the races we returned home calmly and prepared all the luggage... without haste... we left it around 2 p.m. If we were to return to Cattolica, I would definitely stay here again. Emanuele, thank you!!!! 😘

We spent two really pleasant nights in this home. The house was very clean, comfortable and with more than adequate space for our stay. You immediately breathe a welcoming atmosphere, and you can see that the house is carefully maintained. Parking is easily found in the area, which is not at all obvious! We had a great time and recommend it without hesitation!

I'm having a great stay. Hosts have been helpful, including in emergencies. The apartment is very clean, with all the necessary things to live there for even a month. Bottles of water were waiting for us. It's a good idea to bring the basics like salt, pepper, tea, if you plan to cook something yourself in the kitchen. There was a lot of space on the balcony, and we could store bikes. Close to bakery, pharmacy, small grocery stores, Metromare station. Great pizzeria Da Vinci about 3 minutes on foot. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot with a long promenade connected to the bike path.

The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The view around the accommodation was amazing between the vineyards and the hills. Gianluca is a very discreet host and was responsive to our requests. i recommend this listing

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you

The apartment is in a quiet place, a little off the beaten path but still close to downtown. It is well furnished, with air conditioning, washing machine and also the dishwasher.

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Wow! That describes what we felt once we arrived at this Flat! It is very spacious, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped and it was spotless clean! Everything you need for great vacations you find here. Location is amazing for someone that wants a good base to travel around Tuscany. We recommend visiting the Antinori Winery in Chianti (make sure to book the wine tasting or lunch at their restaurant in advance, otherwise you cannot even access their premises). For those that like to combine vacations and shopping, the flat is located 10 minutes away by car from “The Mall”, a big luxury/designer outlet nearby. Jonny was always very kind and helpful throughout all our communication and recommended us some amazing restaurants! We will definitely come back and also recommend this AirBnb to friends and Family. Thanks for everything Jonny. We loved our stay and we felt like home 💜

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great time in this beautiful place. The farmhouse has several apartments each with their privacy. The pool was very clean and hot, there was shade available and a shower and toilet right next door. The apartment was as in the photos, there was no air conditioning but it was very cool inside during the day. A few days before our arrival, Isabella sent us all the necessary information and it was her brother Piero who welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and bath linens were provided. There are many things to do and see in the area, we even had recommendations available. Overall we are really happy and would definitely recommend this place!
