apartment in Orta San Giulio

IsabelleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Orta. The town and lake are absolutely stunning — a truly picturesque and quintessentially Italian setting, with colorful buildings, narrow meandering streets, and timeless charm. The condo is spacious, beautifully renovated, and full of character. It’s such a treat to stay in a traditional building that’s been thoughtfully updated with all the modern comforts. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Orta San Giulio, just steps from everything. Rachele was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She reached out in advance to coordinate our arrival and departure, and when we experienced unexpected delays due to a train strike, she was so accommodating and flexible, which made all the difference.

Liliana is an extremely helpful and reliable host, the house is well-kept and cozy beyond my expectations. A little slice of peace but very convenient for trips in the area. Worth trying if you want an English cottage atmosphere, kindness and tranquility. Even my cat had a great time!
A serene view of Lake Orta stretches across the horizon, reflecting sunlight from above. Gentle hills and mountains outline the background, and a small island can be seen in the lake's center. An iron railing frames the scene, providing a sense of elevation and perspective.

Luxury villa with spectacular views on lake Orta

Gael and Ulrika's house is a blast! It's very well put, with very noble materials and with great taste. The location is UNIQUE! There is a view that can be appreciated from every room of the lake and mount them; awesome!! It was her home for 15 a;os and they take care of it very carefully. The terrace is wonderful and spacious, there is a saltarinas for the boys ( and big) To get there is a steep descent that can be stressful but worth this little one;or try!!! You can go down to Pella walking. The journey is very short, although if steep, very good daily exercise. The area is lovely, and there are several walks to do. Gael and Ulrika tell you everything!!!
A charming street in a historic area is bordered by traditional buildings featuring varied architecture. A tall, slender structure stands prominently, adorned with graphic elements, while a lush tree adds greenery. The blue sky is punctuated by fluffy white clouds, enhancing the inviting ambiance.

casa bedoni

The stay at Piero's place was a pleasant experience. Boleto is a characteristic village, quiet and in a hilly area right behind the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, from which it is easy to reach all the attractions of the area. The house has ample space and a private courtyard. Two bedrooms with two new and clean bathrooms. We stayed in November, and it was nice to find the fireplace when we arrived. Recommended for those who want to explore the area but also want tranquility.

Charmingly renovated stone house around Orta Lake

BrianRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay in Rossella's Stonehouse. It is a lovely cottage, well kept, clean and tidy with a well equipped, modern kitchen. It is in a very quiet village which is great for peace and relaxation. Rossella provided some very helpful recommendations for both eating out and getting groceries. A footpath leads from the cottage down to Lake Orta with a great circular walk back through the countryside and pretty villages. It is also in a good location for exploring wider around Lake Orta and over to Lake Maggiore. Thoroughly recommended.
A modern exterior of the independent unit is displayed, featuring a spacious terrace furnished with a small round table and four chairs. The building is complemented by a sloped roof and is surrounded by green grass and trees, creating a serene outdoor space.

Paolo's apartment is in a quiet location, on the edge of the woods, a short distance from the sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso. The house is functional and perfectly clean: equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. To complete the whole, a small garden. Outside there is space to park a car. Very quick and always kind communications. Recommended!

Luckylake - home with view of Lake Orta

RenateRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lucas' apartment is fantastically located with a wonderful view over the picturesque Lake Orta. In a few minutes by car or in a good 20 minutes on foot you can reach Pella, a pretty harbor town with great restaurants and starting point for boat trips to the island of San Giulio and Orta as well as other destinations. We took beautiful walks on the lakeside and after that via Pella to the church of Madonna del Sasso, which rises above a rock. Two day trips to Milan and the big weekly market in Luino on Lake Lugano were also very rewarding. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend Lucas' accommodation.
