Apartment in perfect condition, modern, with everything you may need. I highly recommend it if it is going to be in this area. You have everything close by on foot and free parking 20m away. The owner very kind and attentive. One of the best apartments I've been in.

Cozy and clean house, Elisa and Gabriele are excellent hosts able to provide useful information and advice about the Franciacorta area. The large windows in the living room overlook a breathtaking view of the vineyards, the bedrooms with the attached bathrooms are a plus that few houses are able to offer.

Our stay in the apartment was fantastic. We were welcomed by Mr. Sergio who was very helpful and immediately made us feel comfortable, the house was clean and equipped with all the comforts. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s place. Beautiful view, very well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable and spacious apartment! It was very convenient with parking and proximity to everything. I would highly recommend staying here and be happy to stay again! Thank you, Francesca!
