With my family we spent our summer holidays in this sea view apartment. We were welcomed by Alessio and his beautiful family not as paying guests, but as members of it. Alessio, a host who is always attentive and available for any need. The house is equipped with all comforts, pleasantly clean and tidy and the kitchen is optimally equipped. From the large window overlooking the sea you can relax while looking at the sea and reading a book. … so thank you Alessio for welcoming us to your little slice of heaven where colors and smells will accompany us throughout the winter. This was the perfect place to stay while exploring Ischia! It was clean, peaceful, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Francesco was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations for transportation, restaurants, and things to do.

We were received in a very friendly manner at the bus stop and guided to the apartment.🤩 To welcome you, there was water, cola, beer and milk in the fridge, as well as coffee (capsule machine) and a selection of tea as well as a few nibbles.👍 It was wonderful to enjoy the super cool view of the bay from the beautiful corner balcony (wide view to Vesuvius) directly with a cup of fresh coffee. The apartment is quiet, bright, friendly and modernly furnished - we felt right at home, also because communication with Lucia was great at all times. The beds (1.60 m) are very comfortable. They have a continuous mattress and several very firm pillows. There is a very large blanket per bed that is covered and not just a sheet in between (as is often common in southern Europe). We prefer it individually and have therefore directly booked a place with two beds. But these are personal preferences, it's not a criticism. We had a great time in Ischi

our time here was wonderful. from the moment of booking there was a mixup with the price (my fault) and Giorgio very kindly discounted for us so we could stay. his communication up to the stay was very good. when we got there we were greeted my Giorgio and his sister who showed us around and explained everything perfectly. the apartment was exactly as described, lovely view, clean and relaxing. the hill to get there is steep but short, worth it for the view. the town is easy to get to with lots of places to eat and easy access to public transport. we highly recommend visiting negombo thermal spa, it was the highlight of the trip. if we come back to the island we would certainly book with Giorgio again
