Monthly Rentals in Casa Vecchia

Emanuele was our host/guide. He was flexible with meeting us for checkin. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and is spacious and perfect for a longer stay. We really enjoyed our stay and I cannot think of anything which was off-putting, or irritating. We greatly recommend this place and host if you want to retreat to a calm, peaceful place, while you are exploring Florence. The BUS stop (14 line) is also 2min walking distance if you want to avoid the hassle of finding good, cheap parking spaces in Florence and avoiding the dreaded ZTL zones. Thank you Emanuele!

A spacious house, beautiful views, amazing balcony where we were able to have dinners and enjoy our coffee and birds singing in the morning, well equipped kitchen, very quiet and peaceful area and still central Florence can be accessed by bus (just make sure on the way back you take bus 14A because 14B will take you somewhere else!), attentive and accommodating hosts, we'll definitely come again if this apartment is still available. We had hard time persuading our cat that he had to leave...

A good place to stay overnight and see Florence. It's inside a humble, very quiet complex.

From the moment we met Alessando we knew we had chosen the right host. He was friendly and helpful and you could tell he enjoys meeting people. The place had everything you needed. The patio was pretty and private and offered amazing views. A three minute walk and you could watch the sun set over Florence. Perfect!!
