Great condo! The view was great! Bed was cozy! I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area for work.

We had a wonderful time at Julio‘s condo. It was quite spacious and perfect for a couple. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I was just a short distance from the beach and on the quiet end of the island.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Wonderful get away. Cozy home on canal. Super close to a beautiful boat ramp and plenty of space to turn and park double axle trailer for 25’ boat. Easy to trailer nightly. Minutes to fishing and scalloping. House was clean and felt like home. The pool was amazing after hot day fishing. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. Hosts always respond almost immediately.

Very courteous renter. Cared and wanted you to enjoy and feel at home in his rental. Beauty quiet peaceful view. We were there on Christmas Eve Eve. And the entire island was vacant. I think we were probably one of 3 couples on the entire island. Was quiet and nice. But also think of the island was packed it would have also been amazing. We will be back.

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Well appointed, clean condo in a great location-just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and so peaceful. we had a great stay, and really loved the fact that we were on the water. we caught multiple fish off of the dock. it's not a very big place but it was perfect for us two and the dogs. we will definitely be staying again.

The house is seconds away from fishing. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. Molly always got back to me when I had a questions.

This is the embodiment of true Florida! This sweet home is pure magic and the location is stunning! The surrounding area is ideal for all kinds of exploration and adventure. The home is well equipped and we wanted for nothing. We even had a rainy day and spent it on the porch while watching the birds and other wildlife . It was such a joy.! We have traveled all over both in and out of the country and this house was in my top 3! Danielle and Josh were wonderful hosts. We are already planning a return trip. This area has been frozen in time and while I’m sure there has been development it’s so special that it’s held onto its old Florida charm. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend a stay here. Nature, charm, amazing sunsets, stellar bike rides, paddling and top notch hospitality ! Thank you again for sharing this treasure with us. We can’t wait to come back . With love and gratitude xo

What a relaxing, peaceful week we had! The house is so cute. Perfect for 2-4 people. Loved that we could bring our pups. Kitchen was stocked so well! Literally you fall out the door onto the beach - cute little sitting area out back (on the water) and super, shaded front porch. The stars - oh, the stars! It’s secluded so no major light pollution. Go out at night and look up! Cute little town of Apalachicola about 45 minutes away with amazing restaurants in a fun little downtown. Fresh seafood at Posey’s - holy fresh shrimp Batman! The WiFi was strong so we could both work and game and stream. All around the getaway we needed to refresh and get ready for the new year.

It was a memorable Thanksgiving. We were able to travel to Tallahassee with ease for UF vs. FSU to cheer for a house divided. Beautiful setting and the dog loved not having to be on a leash. The dock provided a magnificent sunrise location.

We enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s place. Great location and fairly quiet even with it being on the main road. Neighbors were super friendly too. Would book again.

My wife and I had a great stay! Tara was extremely responsive to our questions. The location was convenient to both the bay and gulf. We will be back!

What a gem Helen’s property is!!! From the beautiful gardens, which I meditated and did yoga in each morning before dawn to the deck over looking the ocean, to watching sunrise with our coffee, we couldn’t have asked for a more rejuvenating space. The private beach is just that. We only saw 2 people on it the whole week and that was in the evening during low tide. We frolicked in the water daily as if we hadn’t a care in the world. The public beach (a very short drive down the road) is still very quiet, but there are a few people to stop and chat with about the dolphins showing off in the water and nature’s beauty. Helen is so kind and sweet, responding to our needs but never hovering. Puppy, who is friendly and calm, meandered over to say hi daily, and Plywood (a beautiful cat) would stop as if to say hi but never come too close. This is a magical space that we will forever hold in our hearts.

I have been to Destin and to the Outer Banks and I have never seen anything so beautiful. This was my 70 year old mom’s first time to see the ocean and it could not have been better. She could sit on the screened porch and drift away with the tide. If you are looking for bigger waves, it’s not your place. There’s a sandbar and tide pools. I want to bring the grandkids. It will be perfect. Certain times of day there a green flies if the breeze isn’t blowing in. No big deal for us because we sat on the screened porch and watched the dolphins and birds. So many birds. You are going to have a 15 minute drive to the first restaurants and stores. This isn’t going to be a tourist destination. This is an escape to paradise on earth.

Awesome beach house with beautiful sunrises. Family enjoyed surf fishing and caught most fish around 9pm each evening when tide came in to include sharks. Grandson loved watching the hermit crabs and the shallow areas are perfect for little ones to play in. One of the best things is it's very private with no neighbors beside you so we had beach to ourselves. Would love to visit again!

Such a great getaway in a home away from home. You can tell this is a place that is loved and well taken care of. Great beach details as well, such as an outdoor shower and buckets near walkway and doors to rinse sand, etc. would love to come back here.

This is the nicest house I’ve ever stayed at using Airbnb. She had everything you could think of needing and everything you don’t think you’ll need. We will definitely be staying here again.

The view off the top balcony was just wonderful! We loved the homey feel of everything. It's a little bit of a drive to St. George Island, but the beaches and access are great! Only $5 to get on the state park section which was worth it for us. There are a lot of great little shops in the surrounding towns. Apalachicola was our favorite for coffee and pastries, fresh shrimp and stores. We had a wonderful time and my family enjoyed the stay tremendously!

This place was absolutely breathtaking. We have never been to this part of the gulf and were amazed by the peaceful nature of the area. We loved hanging out at Bald Point Park, eating at Trident (a must!), and watching the dolphins from the beach. It’s amazing how close they come to shore. I was able to do my ice baths in the ocean for the first time since the water was so cold. Amazing! One thing I liked best about our stay was how you can just feel the warmth of the family who owns the home. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the home and keeping it in great condition. Also, this place is HUGE! So much space for everyone to have their own little hang out spots. We brought two teenagers and my mom (75th bday!) and they all had a great time exploring the space and surrounding area. Nice to know we can bring a few more with us next time.

Perfect spot in Paradise! Very nice and clean, charming old Florida house. Set up nicely with everything you could think of and more. My husband and I brought 2 of our children and there was plenty of space for all of us. Fishing off the dock was a favorite activity. Beautiful beach right down the road. Bring your own groceries as there is only a small gas station near by. Outdoor shower, indoor tiki bar, insane views and lots of wildlife, this is a top favorite spot. Don’t sleep on staying at this treasure!
