This was the perfect spot… peaceful, safe, and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of so many homey, welcoming local restaurants! It was lovely to be able to walk everywhere to dinner and not have to drive. And it was within easy driving distance of all the tourist stuff we wanted to do. The suite had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the labels on the light switches! Very clean and comfy. Would 100% stay here again.

The house is well laid out, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. The location is convenient, safe, and quiet. The owner was responsive and flexible. While there is a garage, we never used it as there was always on-street parking right in front of the house. Everyone in our party thought it was a great choice!

We loved this place! It was a cute, comfortable space with lots of live plants. Benton Park is a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a gas station in walking distance. Laura was communicative and very nice.

I've stayed here multiple times and it’s exactly as advertised: clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The apartment is well-stocked, the TVs are great, and having a washer/dryer in-unit is a huge bonus. It's a perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet place to relax near downtown Waterloo. Hosts are reliable and clearly care about making the stay easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The home is walkable to downtown (sidewalks all the way) but in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful garden/patio space. It has a fun, artsy vibe and felt really unique. Jenn was great—she checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Jackie was a wonderful host. We didn’t stay at this exact location but we stayed in the 1845 Mansion. I’m writing this review under this place because when we first booked Jackie had to let us know she needed to move us over to the bigger house due to some unforeseen circumstances with this location. The 1845 Mansion looked like a house out of a Hallmark movie. She had the tables beautifully set for our family Christmas party and treats set out for the kids and adults. She didn’t even forget about fur babies, Jackie had toys and treats sitting out for them as well. I highly recommend any of Jackie’s locations for your family gatherings.

Rebecca and Derek’s place is a true gem of a find! The pictures do not do it justice. They were friendly, responsive and such wonderful hosts. We will absolutely be back - be sure to bring your fishing poles if you come. My boys caught so many fish and had a blast. We will be back!

This place is so charming and so cute. It's private and cozy, but also just a mile from all the sights, restaurants , boutiques in Ste Genevieve. We loved the hot tub and the back porch where we could sit and relax. Kitchen was well-appointed - we did a lot of cooking.
