Vacation rentals with a patio in Carlton Colville

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

Lime Tree Lodge was stunning and in a safe and secure location that is still tucked away enough to feel as if you are somewhere secluded. Very spacious lodge and the hot tub was a brilliant addition. Suzanne was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us how to use the hot tub. Very friendly.

Peter was very friendly and helpful, giving detailed instructions on how to get there and making it clear that he was on hand if we needed anything. Thoroughly recommend.

Great place and I would be happy to return! On a main village road and across the beach - easy to get to/from Great Yarmouth by bus; light traffic noise during the day. Clean, well laid-out studio with all the essentials. Andre was super responsive when the power went out; he came to sort it out and everything was fine within a half hour.

Modern chalet with everything we needed. So many little touches that we weren't expecting, a very nice welcome pack, lots of tea and coffee, salt and pepper loo rolls, etc. It was cold and wet for most of the time we were there but the chalet was warm and cosy. Big enclosed decking area for our dogs. Will be looking to book again.

Lovely cosy flat, super comfy bed. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Daisy was absolutely lovely and really helpful. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful stay. Lovely surroundings. Alison & Alan were super friendly and helpful, they met us on arrival and saw us off when we left. The Garrett was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. There were lots of lovely goodies for us to enjoy! Thank you for having us.

We stayed for the weekend to visit the Thursford spectacular (which as an aside was amazing!). Perfect location & house for our stay. 2 adults 2 children aged 8 & 9 and grannie came too. Julia’s place is spotlessly clean. Plenty of room. Well equipped, everything you could need in kitchen & bathrooms. The children headed straight for the pile of board games & loved the tray of sweets & cookies treat left for us on arrival thank you. It was lovely sitting altogether around the big table looking across the field for breakfast. And the fire was easy to light, it made the house toasty warm! Weather was too dark & wet to venture out in the evening so we didn’t get to try a takeaway - it was easy to bring our own food. It’s a little drive to the nearest shops so come prepared, but that’s the beauty of the quiet countryside. We enjoyed a welly walk one morning (route recommended by Julia). Garden looked ideal to sit out or for the girls to play in better weather. Would highly recommend

What a lovely stay we’ve had at T&Ts! Everything from start to finish was great with fantastic communication from the host. The space is fab, especially downstairs and incredibly quirky which we loved. Kitchen is small but pristine, however there is a large dining area at the front of the house - we were able to fit our extended family around it easily (10 people!) Lounge was comfortable and there was another seating area towards the back of the house. Washing machine available on request - so ideal for longer stays. The bedrooms were cosy with lots of storage for clothes and we were able to fit a travel cot for our 10 month old into the main bedroom easily. Our girls shared the double bed comfortably. Bathroom was fab, lovely rainfall shower and a good bath for the kids. As a family of five downstairs space is important and our children had room to play - the board games were a winner for them too! All in all we loved it and would happily stay again - thank you!

Lovely house in a nice location. Key collection and drop off was easy and flexible. Host was clear with instructions of how to access the house. Very spacious home.

This was our first ever Airbnb and we weren't disappointed. We chose it so that we could visit friends at Hopton on Sea, and it worked perfectly for us. The accommodation was easy to find, peaceful, had one parking space off road, which was important to us. It had everything we needed. All the instructions sent to us before we arrived were perfect. Thank you for an easy stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pakefield. The house is clean and well presented with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. It is ideally situated for exploring both the Norfolk and Suffolk coast.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Nice warm and clean house with beautiful walks and beach very close by. Beds very comfortable. Natalie was quick to respond when we had a question and sorted it out brilliantly. Great for taking our two small dogs along. Thanks for a lovely few nights away!

Perfect for our stay to visit family, lovely little house

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

The apartment was so comfortable, warm and clean and the Christmas decorations were a lovely added touch. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be returning. The location could not be better literally a 5 minute walk to the city.

Beautiful surroundings and we loved eating our breakfast outside by the stream. We didn’t use the sauna as we only stayed one night but maybe next time. Really comfy bed and bedroom and bathroom were super warm. Powerful hot double shower. Enjoyed playing a few games of scrabble when we first arrived, a wonderful little stay x

We had a relaxed night staying at Jemma’s beautiful flat. The location is great with a lot of good restaurants in minutes of walk. The instructions of how to get to the parking lot and the accommodation was really clear and helpful. Would like to recommend :) thanks again.

Bright and fresh but whimsical aesthetic. Clean and tidy, plenty of space and surface space. Hosts sent detailed information about check in information before we needed it. Very responsive to messaging. Everything we needed was easily accessible. Cleaning supplies so we could tidy up any spillages. Dog bowls provided. Extremely welcoming with nice touches. Would happily visit again.

We have stayed in lots of Air BnBs and this was our favourite ever. Beautifully decorated, spotless, a very quiet location and a very fair price. We will be hoping Mark's place is free next time we are back in Norwich!

Wonderful stay, perfect for what we needed. Right on the bus route to the city and minutes away from the train station.

Our stay was wonderful, really helpful show around the property and so close to the centre of town, the property had everything we would need!
