Beautiful cosy flat with everything you could possibly need. Fabulous views over the water in the centre of lovely Horning - and even in winter great options for eating. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, a lovely flat to be in. We had a particularly wonderful day seeing hundreds of seal pups at Horsey Gap, and loved visiting our childhood Broads haunts. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Very peaceful stay at Reddisham Hall. within easy reach of Beccles, Bungay, Southwold. We took a boat out on the river, spent time at Southwold, and drove to see the seals at Horsey. Our 10 year old enjoyed use of the garden too

Fully recommend central secluded and quiet. Well run and lovely surrounding buildings.

Entrance at the back so need to approach from the side rd, not Bells Rd. Parking spaces hard to find (on Sunday), and the roads are very narrow. Parking both sides then just enough room to get a car through, probably not a van or big 4x4. Excellent flat, very clean and spacious. Small bedroom is just that, small but adequate for a single. Other two bedrooms large and v. nice. Bathroom good, electric shower unit looked well used but worked perfectly. Lounge/kitchen diner area, very good. Overall, had an excellent time and would certainly book this flat again. Thanks Jason.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

This place is just lovely, I feel so comfortable and relaxed here. The decor is so well done, it feels so homey and welcoming. Everything is spotless and well-maintained, it's clear a lot of care goes into this property. I especially love the little touches, they really make a difference. This property was perfect for what we needed. It’s close to a grocery store and the bus stop. It’s only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to city center. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms offer plenty of storage space for clothing and other items. The home itself is spacious and cozy. This was our second year spending 3 weeks at Caroline’s flat. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Norwich.

We had a great stay at Lucies please, a modern stylish home with everything we needed whilst working away, lovely quiet street as well, we also made use of the great hot tub a couple of times during our stay, will stay again

Lou could not have been more helpful in terms of making this booking happen. There was a hiccup, but she managed it clearly and promptly, and it was all sorted well in advance. She's a great communicator, and the house itself is a gem. We basically spent a week staring at the sea in awe, walking down to it, bobbing up and down in it, sitting at the bottom of the garden watching it, eating dinner looking at it, and hearing it lull us to sleep at night. If you like a sea view this is one of the best places for it I've ever been. We did eat out, once, but otherwise made every other meal at the house because the kitchen is well-equipped for large-scale cooking. My wife said it was one of her top ten holidays ever, and I can only endorse that. We had a blast.

We loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and very clean. Great local restaurants, cafes and bars. Really good bus route into the city centre and to the UEA.

Thimble Cottage was compact but had everything we needed and made for an excellent stay; only a short walk from the beach and easy access to the amenities we needed - with very good, fresh fish and chips at the end of the road perfect if arriving later on in the day. As was described (and we were aware of in advance), the staircase at the cottage is particularly steep, so it could be awkward if you have impaired mobility or balance but this did not impact our stay and formed part of the cottage's unique character.

The flat is lovely and had everything I needed (the sofa in particular is incredibly comfortable). It's an easy walk from Norwich station but is also on multiple bus routes. A generally really good stay and I'd definitely book in here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in Helen’s place ( for good reason- is excellent!). Absolutely immaculate, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Helen was always responsive to any queries. Great location in centre of Stalham- highly recommended.

We stayed for the Summer Bank Holiday weekend. The apartment was great, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. The location was perfect, with nice open space within the estate for morning walks with the dog. We enjoyed the private garden and bbq facilities. The host, Becca, was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Went for a party but pleasantly surprised, I know the area around Long Stratton very well but found the whole stay relaxing and very pleasant Annetta is a superb host and was there when needed for a cooker indecent The Hot Tub was great and the horses etc very friendly and we used the treats supplied There is no microwave so found making our morning fruit and porridge with a milky coffee for 2 on an Induction cooker a trial of time when a microwave is a lot quicker but can be done of course, we never used the washer & dryer but they are there. I used the Shower my husband the Bath all washing creams , jels etc there for use There is some breakfast produce available and eggs plentiful and very fresh and I’m sure if there was something you need ed just ask before arrival and it would be there if possible.

I had 3 wonderful nights staying at Robert's place. Very close to the bus station, which was ideal for me getting National Express coach. Also right in city centre so ideal for shopping, restaurants etc. Very comfortable beds and spacious apartment. Only thing was missing was a microwave. Robert was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again next time I come to the UK. Highly recommended.
