Monthly Rentals in Cardano

The accommodation is lovingly and richly detailed with an exciting design. We felt comfortable despite the proximity to the street, the noise was not a problem for us. The housekeeper was super nice and we were very happy to be allowed to use the washing machine. The only small drawback for us was that the apartment quickly heated up due to the wood paneling and our air conditioning did not have that much power. If you don't have a problem with heat, this place is highly recommended!

Very quiet and Elmar's family is incredibly nice. Elmar's son even fixed something on the car for me, really very nice family. Location is very quiet, just as it says in the description.

We had a wonderful time in Bolzano. The apartment is really beautiful and spacious and is in easy walking distance from the train station. There are many restaurants and shopping areas near by. There are so many things to do and see here. Franziska is a wonderful host so warm, friendly, responsive and flexible. Thank you Franziska you made our experience in Bolzano very special.

This was a wonder place to stay. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The setting and the view are spectacular. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend.
