We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

Very nice and central location with great lake views. Very accommodating rental. Spacious apartment and accessible by wheelchair at ground level. The only downside was the traffic on the street outside

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of five with a dog in Gavirate. Our toddlers were able to play safely in the garden and we made great excursions (Lake Varese, Lake Maggiore, in the nearby forest). Matteo was a good host, friendly in communication and always available. Gladly come back.

The apartment is located about ten minutes walk from Locarno with a parking space, with the best gelateria in Locarno nearby! It is very well equipped, beds are comfortable. We spent very little time in the apartment but ideal location as a starting point for bike tours and trails

Excellent Airbnb to spend a few days in Como. Very close to the station near the lake. A few blocks from the cathedral. Everything was very beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. The quality of the kitchen items is excellent. Flawless towels and linens. We will be back!
