The host is very friendly, responds very quickly, the accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, fully equipped. From the accommodation it is very close to walk around Lake Lecco.

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

The Rustico was exactly as we expected. In a quiet location, with a stunning view of nature. Ideal for relaxing. We especially liked the furnishings very much, we felt right at home. Since we were there for several weeks, we often had contact with Norbert. He was always available immediately and very helpful with his open manner. It is noteworthy that he has even postponed long-planned renovations so that the house is available to us during the desired period. We really appreciate that. We will definitely come back and recommend the Rustico! To get there, there is a description with video, so you can get right to the front door. Perfect location, 10 minutes from the center of Menaggio and the pier to take the boat to Bellagio and Vernazza. The only downside: the mattress of one of the large beds needs to be changed, it sags on one side.

Great apartment for a weekend in Ascona. There were four of us (two friendly couples) and the two bathrooms were very convenient. The location is sensational, right in the old town, and also that there is a parking space is great. Communication with Alex was very good, he always responded quickly, gives tips for the area and is flexible with check-in/ check-out. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Massimiliano was very helpful and the father of the owner was a wonderful person. He gave us restaurant recommendations, was open to show us the surroundings, and had even offered himself to drive us to the market in the center and show us local shops. The apartment was beautiful, in a peaceful surrounding, and not far from Como center. You can easily use onpy local transportation to get around. So no need for driving. We are happy we found such nice people and good place. We recommend 100% .

My mom in law and I had to stay a night at Lidia’s place and we wished we could have stayed longer as the place was lovely and homely. The village is quiet and pretty. We really liked the kitchen and the position of the apartment. Everything was provided even a toothbrush with tootpaste. Kitchen was fully equipped and with condiments etc for cooking. Wifi works perfectly. Communication is great. Lidia was very helpful and she even helped us to find a taxi. We highly recommend her place. 🌻 Thank you so much Lidia 🙏

We had a fantastic stay at Majid’s house. It is just as beautiful as in the photos. Very clean and modern. All amenities provided. Easy to find thanks to instructions provided by Andrea (cohost). She was available 24/7 throughout our stay and was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend hiring a car as the house is 10-15 minutes drive from the main town (Varenna). Once you arrive, the views are absolutely stunning. Both of the main bedrooms have a balcony. Waking up to the view was really something special. Thank you Majid for providing such an incredible place for us to stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described, stylish, and super comfortable. Andrea was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and Mr. Mo did a nice check-in. The space itself was cozy and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We especially loved the tennis court and the Swedish sauna, and of course the great view of Como lake. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful surroundings, post bus right at your doorstep. (This is how you can leave the car.) Large house, fully equipped with everything you need! Scorpions can be expected:-) very nice, large outdoor area. Mike was super friendly, will get back to you right away. Absolutely uncomplicated handover. We have enjoyed our holidays!

Villa Giuliana is a historic space filled beauty and so well cared for. Each room is a treasure. There is also a beautiful terrace. The location couldn’t be better. It’s a short walk to the ferry and the bus stop. Also very close to the center of beautiful Menaggio. Roxana and her husband are fabulous hosts and always there for you.

The house had excellent views, well furnished, good amenities( in kitchendidn't make use of the kitchen) and easy commute from Como and Bellagio. highly recommend the place

Loved our stay in Menaggio! The house was great and we felt right at home. It was clean, tidy, and the owner was very quick to respond to messages and sent the house manager within 20 minutes to help with something. After seeing the different towns in Lake Como, Menaggio was 100% the best to stay in. The town is so cute and felt a bit more spacious with less tourists compared to the others. A good amount of delicious restaurant options and a quick walk to the ferry. The house was exactly what we needed and the pictures do a good job showing what it is like. It is up on a hill with a convenient walking path to the town. Down to town was an easy 5 minutes, getting back to the house was a true uphill but only took 8 minutes and we really enjoyed the walk back after dinner. The views of the lake/town from the house and on the walk are breathtaking. We also had a car that we parked near the house easily with their parking pass.

This house is really great value for money, and it's the most "homey" one we've ever stayed in so many Airbnbs! The host is very kind and welcoming, not only personally helping us with our luggage, but also preparing a lot of food for us, even homemade cakes, making people feel full of warmth and affection.Such thoughtful hospitality made us feel truly welcome as soon as we arrived. Although the road to get there was a little more difficult, and the garage was a little bit of a pity because our car was too high to enter, but fortunately, it was easy to find free parking nearby, which was no problem for us at all. The house is very clean and welcoming. We stayed for a total of 7 days, and the host even arranged a mid-stay cleaning during the period. The service was very thoughtful and made people feel very considerate. This stay was really great, we believe we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!Whether it's the house itself, the host's enthusiasm, or the overall atmosphere, it makes people feel comfortable and at ease, and it's highly recommended to everyone!

Pure relaxation - our stay at Villa Maymagon made us forget everyday life. We particularly enjoyed the garden with the direct lake access. We had our sup board with us and were able to take fantastic rides on the lake. The house is large and stocked with everything you could need. Cristina, Paola's mother, welcomed us warmly and provided herself with delicacies again and again during our week there. Paola's brother Philip took over the communication beforehand; he always responded super quickly and was very friendly.
