Monthly Rentals in Capers Island, South Carolina

We stayed for 3 months over the summer. It was perfect for us. The space is private and included all the necessities. The host and his son were responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend

Kim’s cottage was just what we were looking for during our stay. It was clean, cozy, peaceful, well-maintained, and had most things you might need for a stay in the area. It was perfect for our family of 3. Though on the outskirts of Mount Pleasant, it was still easy to get to downtown or the beaches (within 20-30min), and is very close to numerous restaurants and shopping areas. Kim was responsive and even let us check-in slightly early upon arrival to the city. We would highly recommend Kim’s cottage to anyone visiting the area!

We had a nice stay at Ashley & Josh's. It is a cute place very clean and quiet. Big Thank You to them, we had a flight change and needed to adjust our accommodations they were quick to respond and helped us out. We would definitely, recommend staying here.

Great place and central to beaches and restaurants with easy access to downtown Charleston. Felt like living in a tree house, which was fun. Not as close to Historic Old Village as we thought it was going to be from listing, but that was okay. All in all, great spot!
