Townhome vacation rentals in Canterbury

This is our second visit to Kish & Fiona's lovely home in Margate and it was just as great this time as it was originally. Kish & Fiona were a great help when we were running late for our arrival and shopping delivery for the weekend, they arranged for their cleaner to be at the property for us which was such a lovely thing to do. We will definitely be back next time we go to Margate.

Lovely large house, spotless and 1 minute walk from the seafront. Absolutely perfect and would definately recommend.

We had a Great stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, as detailed and was in an ideal location. Liz & Andrew were great hosts, returned communications promptly and always very helpful. We will book this accommodation again on the next visit to Rye, if available. Highly recommended

We had a great stay in Margate. This place is very well located to old town. Close to the beach and all the shops. We had a fantastic time.

We stayed here with a group of 12 friends and it was perfect! Easy check in, good sized dining table that will easily fit 12, well stocked kitchen. If there are more than 8 of you then two will be on a sofa bed and another two ok blow up mattresses. This wasn’t a problem for us but good to know before you go! Overall would recommend.

This is a nice little place within walking distance of sea front, restaurants, Co-op just round the corner, so very convenient. Parking space is a real bonus. We have a Renault Capture and that was no problem to park. A much larger car might not be so easy. We really liked how quiet it was at night. Netflix was another bonus. All in all happy :-)

We had a super stay at Julie's home for our family gathering. Extremely comfortable and lots of small details that made everyone feel at home. Great location, everything within walking distance and Julie gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations. Add to this comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen, what more could we ask, many thanks Julie !

Our stay at Andrea and Maitland's place was fantastic! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Communication was smooth and quick, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would love to stay again in the future. A perfect Airbnb experience!

Nick's place is fantastic. The house felt huge even with 4 adults in it and a baby. It's a great location for Old Town and on the Jack on the Green parade. Couldn't have been better for our needs!

Had a lovely stay in Fi’s place. The house is perfectly located for easy walking distance to everything Margate has to offer. The house is decorated beautifully but still a space we could feel comfortable with three children under 8. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking we wanted to do, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thanks!

A wonderful place to call home for a few days in a great location. The house was perfect for us having young children with a cot, high seat, toys and books made available there for us which made packing so much easier too. The house is in a quiet location off the main streets but also right in bustle of Old Town. The Gilly and Rachel were prompted with communication and very friendly too.

Location in Canterbury was terrific. Property was recently renovated, clean, had good amenities. As the pictures showed, the bedrooms and bath are upstairs, which is up a spiral staircase. But, we managed that quite well. i would highly recommend this property.

The photos don’t do this house justice! It’s exceptionally spacious, in great decorative order and stocked with everything you could need. It has a perfect location for exploring St Leonard’s and Hastings and a great view of the sea. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace in the sun!

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

Great, comfortable place, so close to the station, well-equipped and plenty of space for a small group of us. Really appreciated how clean and well-furnished it all was, and Alain was so welcoming and helpful.

Very nice townhouse, completely refurbished. Small rooms, but spaceful livingrooms and kitchen. The communication with Claire was very easy.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. I stayed with a group of friends for a weekend - this was perfect for us, right next to the station and just a short walk away from everything Broadstairs has to offer. There's loads of communal space in the house which was great for staying inside when it was cooler, and then we enjoyed the barbecue in the garden when the sun came out! Karim was really helpful and able to accommodate a last minute request from us. Would definitely come back!

Thank you for a fabulous weekend stay in Deal. The house is amazing and perfectly placed on the beach for sea swims and beach fun. It’s quick and easy to walk into town and we loved it - thanks so much.

Had a brilliant 2 day stay at this lovely house. The house was walkable to everything in Deal yet in a really quiet spot, it was perfect. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped and just felt like 'home'. You can tell that someone has lived here, it has a lot of character. Particularly loved all the toys and games which kept my kids endlessly amused. Recommend bringing a Firestick or Chromestick if you want to watch on demand TV as the TV isn't the newest. But, with so many games and books in the house maybe you don't need the TV? Thanks to Bev and Soph for a lovely stay.
