Absolutely incredible. The property, the room, the surrounding area, the hosts, and of course their precious pup who roams the property looking for belly rubs. The pool was great for the hot days. The hosts were so timely, communicative, and great with recommendations. I highly, highly recommend staying here for a great Tuscany experience!

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

We had a great stay in Moiano with Alexandra. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and the garden is a lovely space to eat and relax in. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped (which is a big plus for longer stays) and the location of the house to be ideal for exploring both north-western Umbria and south-eastern Tuscany. The nearby town of Citta Della Pieve was an unexpected pleasure.

we had a pleasant stay. A large house with big walls to protect yourself from the heat. very well arranged and quiet in front of a field of olive trees. We were well received by a very nice lady who manages the house in the absence of the owner. we crisscrossed the area full of beautiful places . we're ready to go back
