Ich habe die Unterkunft für einen Kollegen gebucht und er war sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit Virginie war excellent und er hat sich im Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Appartement ist super gelegen und es lässt sich zu Fuss ganz viel unternehmen. Bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Virginie.

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans un chouette appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre ville et tout est facilement accessible à pied. Damien est un hôte très réactif et très compréhensif ( nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement vers 23h et cela n'a posé aucun problème pour la remise des clés). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

En väldigt trevlig och fint inredd lägenhet med allt du behöver för en semestervistelse. Lee tog emot oss redan innan incheckning eftersom vi hade ett tidigt flyg. Väldigt trevlig presentation av lägenheten och informativ om det vi behövde. Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen och det går utmärkt att ta trapporna eller den lilla hissen. Läget är perfekt för att göra Nice. Många har beskrivit ljudnivån från gatan - men den som är van vid gatuljud har inga problem med dem. Vi sov igenom klockringningarna kl 7 utan problem. Gillar du att laga mat på semestern är köket väldigt välutrustat och vi njöt av härliga middagar hemma - och soliga luncher på stan. Och balkongen var så mysig i solen redan i feb/mars- Vi rekommenderar verkligen denna lägenhet - om du är beredd på gatuljud förstås.

The large terrace is fantastic because of its wonderful views, the furnishings and the awnings. The apartment is well designed, modern, and well-equipped. The TV and wifi were great. The complex is gated and has a nice pool. It is perfect for a family or a couple, or for anyone attending the Institut de Français (because it is so close). This apartment is a short walk to the restaurants of the Old Town, and Villefranche-sur-Mer is charming and has breabreathtaking views of the mountains and the Sea. But in the Côte d'Azur, there are always long walks (which will challenge anyone with issues walking). I had a great time and would rent it again.

Miejsce przepiekne, dobrze wyposazony apartament,Valerie bardzo sympatyczna,mozna tu wspaniale wypoczac....Na pewno wroce!

Villa spacieuse et très propre. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu! Nous avons été bien accueillis, avec une bouteille de rosé en guise de cadeau de bienvenue, et nous nous sommes beaucoup plu durant ces jours à Fréjus avec nos 4 enfants. Le logement ne manque de rien, et nous avons vraiment apprécié le fait de pouvoir manger dehors tous les jours sur la terrasse. Pour les courses, il y a un Lidl à quelques minutes à pied, et le centre de Fréjus est tout près également. Les plages aux alentours sont propres, la plus jolie que nous ayons trouvée est celle de la Baumette à Saint Raphaël. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement!

Appartement bien situé, sans vis a vis .une place sécurisé pour la voiture .Le Dramont, coin magnifique et authentique .point de départ de plein de lieu a visiter .Appartement fonctionnel et nickel (il manque juste un peu de rangement pour les vêtements. Mais on ne peu pousser les murs, on fait facilement avec ). Bonne literie et tout est là comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Véronique est super sympathique ,à l'écoute et hyper réactive. Une belle personne, qui seras vous indiquer plein de choses sur sa région . Pour notre part ,nous reviendrons .

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e curato. La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Il parcheggio comodo è un grande valore aggiunto, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la proprietaria: gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Fint hus i ett lugnt villaområde med gångavstånd till stränder både i Antibes och Juan-les-Pins samt till Antibes gamla stad. Nära till boulangerie och liten butik. Fräscha och fina badrum och kök. Smidig och välfungerande A/C, dock endast på övervåningen. Härlig pool som uppskattades mycket av barnen. Väldigt lätt att ha att göra med Fabrice och de andra. Vänliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Le logement et l'endroit correspondaient a nos attentes. Logement décoré avec goût , fonctionnel, terrasse très agreable en septembre. Petite plage bien fréquentée. Nous n'avons pas vu Laure mais la communi cation a été facile . Nous recommandons.

Très belle maison authentique bien entretenue. Superbe vue et hôte réactif très disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le fait que la troisième chambre lit double soit en mezzanine de la salle de vie mériterait d'être un peu mieux décrit sur l'annonce nous ne l'avions pas remarqué de suite.

Très agréable séjour dans le logement de Malin. La villa est très bien située, dans un quartier paisible à la fois préservé de l'agitation touristique et à proximité du centre, des plages et des commerces (centre commercial, boulangeries, pharmacie...). La villa est conforme au descriptif, fonctionnelle, propre et agrémentée d'un jardin bien entretenu. La pergola a été appréciée en cette période de fortes chaleurs. La piscine au sel, plus value remarquable de la villa, offre un grand confort de baignade. Merci pour votre accueil.

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Villa, ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem großen Pool. Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

super maison pour huit personnes , salles de bains et toilettes bien adaptées . cuisine agréable, manque éventuellement un micro ondes. extérieur sympathique et fonctionnel ( en hiver ).

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Le logement à été plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les photos montre peu par rapport à ce que l'appartement contient. Je recommande à 100% cette endroit, l'emplacement est juste parfait et l'appartement est très spacieux. Communication au top, rien à redire ! Merci pour cette expérience !

Lägenheten var över vår förväntan. Det fanns allt! Utsikten och terrassen var bedårande. Det var perfekt för vår familj bestående av fem vuxna och ett litet barn.
